Getting worse and worse wake quality and more expensive. Their prices keep skyrocketing and the quality never catches up. I'm sorry but a $5 drink needs to be freaking perfect every time!
So I was in this location and after being told from another location that Starbuck no longer makes carmal apple spices the ladies here made the correction for Me. So to Yvonne Kait and Alyvia thank you so much for my drink. You all three were awesome. I will be back now more often before church as church is acrossed the street (Springs Light House) to get my Carmel apple spice. God bless you all.
The person at the drive through speaker is always amazingly nice and cheery, more than just customer service nice - genuinely nice.
All Starbucks baristas are warm and friendly, positive and enthusiastic. But the one who served me at the drive-thru on January 5 went even beyond. Her parting words, “. . . and keep smiling,” stayed with me all afternoon. Just wanted to thank her for doing more even than the caffeine in my Frappuccino to energize me for the rest of the day.
I try really hard to support local places, especially local coffee shops, but damn, if these baristas aren't just the most delightful, kind and sweet people you could encounter.Highly recommend dining in.
Amazing location! Stopped in here as I had an issue with merchandise I purchased at another location. The associates and management helped me quickly exchange it, and were so friendly in helping me. I greatly appreciated the help, and the coffee I ordered was quick and delicious!
This is, hands down, the best location in the city. They are incredibly fast and every employee there funds the time to try to put a smile on your face. I know when I go to this location the wait will be minimal and the staff will have me leaving with a smile.
We waited almost 20 minutes for drinks when we ordered inside . It seemed like they were prioritizing drive thru orders and one of the employees kept messing up a bunch of drinks and taking forever. 20 minutes. For two drinks. Ridiculous and it wasn’t even busy at the time that we went
