Best Starbucks greeting in years! Was welcomed as soon as I came in...and other customers were too. Coffee was customized exactly to my specifications and they were quick, too!Special kudos to Vince who set the tone for the entire store!
Wife and I visited the lobby this morning to order our Original Iced Shaken Espresso's and we were delightfully greeted by Vince's fun-loving and up beat self and his personality is unlike any other Starbucks employee we've ever met! He greeted his regulars by their first names and just blew us away by his level of service! Not to mention he was slangin' drinks like a boss and they taste on point! We'll be back to visit him in the near future!

AMAZING employeesIt’s Thursday 815am, my car won’t start with me at their speaker and a very long line behind me. 3 employees came out, brought my coffee out with them because I “could use it” and got me started back up in a minute. After I apologized for the trouble and thanked them for the help, the gentleman in the black apron said “it’s not like we save lives. It’s just coffee.” I turned my head and thought well… He’s right but it’s more than just coffee. He offered me a level of unparalleled customer service, the kind I haven’t experienced in quite a long time. Starbucks is lucky to have you. Go for upper management my friend or let me know if you need a job. Thanks for making my day! Oh and good coffee too!
This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location in the springs. They literally treat you like royalty here, the vibes are immaculate. They always get our order just right & I recommend this location to everyone I know. The entire staff are absolute gems ? ✨ ?
