The Woodland park location gave me a frozen grilled cheese and shrugged me off when it specifically was meant to be cooked. So then I drove to this location as it's the next one on my way home in the springs. The gentleman at the drive thru. Said that they would be able to warm it up if I came inside the building because it was still in its packaging.First, there was nowhere to park, and then when I went inside they told me that they couldn't help me. Could've just given me a toasted one, but instead told me to go back up to Woodland Park. Come on man I spend so much at Starbucks. At least teach a better culture, I've worked customer service and I'd be disappointed at leadership.Also look at the back of it. Eww, and I know, but ugh.
The staff were so kind and made sure my drink was dairy free. They also were super patient with my neices deciding which cake pops they wanted.
This Starbucks has beautiful rose bushes on your right as you pass through the drive through. They are very*chef's kiss*

This location can get pretty backed up, and the way it is designed in and out is a pain sometimes for that busy intersection. However, not the employees' fault so not knocking them. My order is always correct, and service is quick and efficient.
They are usually very ontop of things, good quick coffe. Most staff are attentive. Clean unisex restrooms.
