I went to this Starbucks yesterday just to grab a drink before a long road trip, and boy was it a good experience. Immediately after walking in, I was greeted with a “welcome in” and a genuine smile from the guy behind the counter. I haven’t been to Starbucks in awhile, so the new menu was a little intimidating. After listening to what I like, Gina recommended the brown sugar shaken espresso drink, which I ordered. Everyone behind the counter was smiling and seemed happy to be there, which was honestly so refreshing. The guy who was making my drink (the same one that greeted me and I can’t remember his name to save my life) was very pleasant and asked me about my day while he was fixing my drink. Once he was finished with the drink, both he and Gina waited and asked me how I liked it and if there was anything they could fix. The drink was perfect, Gina could not have been more spot on with what I like. This is the kind of experience I cannot get from Dutch bros or even some small coffee shops. I will definitely be returning to this Starbucks!

myself and a group of ladies that I work with, stop by every Tuesday and Thursday on our way up to Denver for work. We are always greeted with the BEST baristas!! Everyone working is happy, fun, and pleasant to talk to!❤

I love this Starbucks! Every time I go through the drive-thru, my drinks are made perfectly and my food is nice and warm! The workers are fun and make my mornings! Thank you for your hard work and for always being so efficient and sweet every morning!

I love this Starbucks! I talked to the nicest young lady at the window, her name was Amanda. She was so kind and so wonderful to talk to. I hope everyone has a great experience at the window as I did. 10/10 will be going back. Amanda gave me fabulous recommendations and I had the tastiest skinny no foam latte. I could go back for the skinny latte every day if I could! Amanda if you’re reading this. You’re the best!!

Always has a sign on the door that says short-staffed and the lobby is closed making a ridiculous drive through line. The only reason starbucks would be short-staffed is because they aren't paying people enough to stay. This company makes billions every year but can't afford to keep staff members? They have made more profits the last two years than in the entire history of starbucks and prices have gone up. And they can't afford to hire someone to keep the lobby open. Please. Get some better management, although the problem is likely higher than store level management.

I usually stop by this location first thing in the am and the morning crew is great! ? Super friendly, always kind and respectful and do a great job with the drinks.Today was my second time swinging through here in the evening. The door was locked to the inside even though there were people in the lobby and a sign on the door saying drive thru only. Short staffed. Not a big deal... however it took 12 minutes from my order to get to the counter only to see that 2 of the young adults working, were just hanging out talking about how they think that "The cold brew goes bad" after some period of time... which was not what I wanted to overhear being that I was getting a cold brew (that was only 75% full). Then to top it off, the young lady at the window's pet names "Sweetie" & "Hon" made me really wish I had never stopped. It truely is not a form of endearment but rather insulting.

This is an excellent Starbucks location. They did a great job processing my order and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was fast and accurate, I highly recommend this Starbucks location.

When I order from the app, I order from there for a reason. That reason is to get my drinks on time and go about my day. The wait time for three drinks was ten minutes, which is reasonable. Starbucks locked their lobby doors, though, claiming that they are short staffed. I had to then wait through the drive through for another 20 minutes to pick up my mobile order. Starbucks, you need to hire more people.

Waited 15 min for two kids drinks, went up and asked, they said one was placed out, and the other would be ready soon. Then the lady walked away. I tried explaining that multiple people after us had got their coffees, and our names had never been called. Then they put the 2nd drink out, and didn't call our name again....this place is awful.

So kind and sweet! The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service as well as writing little positive messages on your cup!
