This Sonic is probably the worst in the area. The wait times are insane, especially in the drive up spots. The workers always get your order wrong, but even in the few times they get it right, the food itself isn’t cooked properly. The fries are always soggy, the sandwiches and burgers are always oil logged, and even the drinks aren’t the same any of the times you order them. The workers are usually nice, especially the drive thru attendants. Overall, I think I’d rather drive the 4 miles to get the next closest one over this one
The evening staff is rude. I went there and was charged $21 for a drink and mozzarella sticks, when I asked my receipt she told me they were out of paper and couldn’t but assured me the price was correct. She didn’t give me any sauce or a straw claiming they were out as well. I literally saw her hand straws to the people in front of us.
I do DoorDash and when I arrived I waited 15 minutes to just talk to someone. There was one car in the drive through and none in the stalls. When I finally talked to someone they were extremely rude. Waited 40 minutes just to get two small orders when me being the only customer. Never want to go back to the rude children that work there again.
Worst Sonic in the springs. I've ordered several times from them and the food is typically bad or wrong. And their ice cream machine seems to always be broken. I'd recommend literally any of the other locations
Went there for a shake around 8pm today. Pulled in and after we made our selection she told us it was drive through only. We pulled up to the drive thru, waited in lane for the 3 cars in front of us for her to tell us the ice cream machine was down. Have they ever heard about posting signs when driving into the premises? What did they tell the guy behind us? He ordered in the app. Getting my shakes elsewhere from now on.
Ice cream machine is out of order and I had to get a refund by calling in because they can't do that with app purchases. Also, if you order though the app their system just loses your order after checking in and they just ignored it. You have to push the button to let them know what happened.I feel like the app shouldn't let you order ice cream if the machine is broken.
The service was fair. Quick once the order was completed and the car hop didn't wait for his tip. Which I'm glad I did not give him because the food was a two out of a five for sure. Don't recommend this place for a quick bite there's plenty of other burger joints in the area
Drive in and park and order. Many options of items to choose from. Great place. The sonic blast ice cream milkshakes are soo good. Those alone will make you want to come back
Came to this sonic during their happy hour to find sit in line for 10 minutes. When i finallyade it to the intercom the rep was very short with me. I asked for a slushie she said the machine was down, i asked for ice cream and she also said that was down. I ended up not giving my girls jist corn dogs and had to go elsewhere. They should Atleast put a sign up before having customers wait. That long to hear everything is broken
Horrible experience. All I ordered was two Dr. Peppers. There were maybe 5 cars max there. Once the screen said on the way we waited 10 minutes and had to remind them of my order then waited 5 more minutes until it came out. One was supposed to have real cream however there was NO Dr. Pepper in the drink ONLY CREAM. the other Dr. pepper was supposed to have vanilla but not sure it did as it just tasted like carbonated water with a little Dr Pepper flavoring. Not even worth bringing up because we hate to be the people who complain about everything plus potentially waiting another 15-20 minutes. So 13 dollars and 35 minutes later I’m leaving target wit a couple bottles of dr. Pepper to get my fix. Good thing drinks aren’t your specialty. Update: 3 hours later after obviously not drinking the drink my cup holders are now full of the cream that was once in the cup via a hole that luckily came in the bottom.Response from owner: “if you haven’t already wasted enough of your own time please go out of your way to do my job for me and file a report even after you took the time to write this review. If you don’t want to use anymore of your time and would like to leave it at that we already have your money so…. GOTCHA”
