Placed an order on the app and waited 40 minutes after check in for the status bar to say that they were bringing it to me. Ended up calling corporate after 20 mins of waiting for them to bring the food to get a refund since they wouldn’t answer the call button. Definitely need to get some more employees to work the carhop or drive through.
Food was yummy, although portions definitely swing towards the smaller side, which is unfortunate given the somewhat higher fast food pricing. Dining area was ok, although it could use some cleaning. Service was friendly and relatively quick compared to other reviews (<10 minutes for a meal).
This Sonic is pretty good, their food is as good as always, and their time of getting the food to you isn't that long either, after you order... It took a very long time for me to be able to place my order, and the most confusing part about it was that when I tried to order, (I was at the standing kiosks under the pavilion) it kept switching over to other peoples orders in the middle of my order... Something must have been buggy with the system. The food was great though! I can never complain about my Strawberry Cream Slush! They have perfected that to a T!
We have visited this location 3 times. The first time our order was taken and our food was received in a timely fashion.Second time we waited for 17 minutes before someone responded to us and then asked us to wait. It took 13 more minutes to place our order. We got our food approximately 20 minutes later and our burger and fries were cold (and no one likes cold fries). It was semi busy so we thought maybe that was the issue.However, this last time there was no one in the drive thru, maybe 5 cars in the parking lot, and our order was never taken after 25min. Someone who pulled in after us had ordered and received their food before us. We then left when the place got truly busy because there was no chance of getting food at that point. Highly dissapointed with the experience.
As shared in recent months by other customers, don't bother ordering ahead or using the stalls. They won't bring it out. Placed my order 20 minutes before I got there through the sonic app, then let them know I was there. The screen said they were on the way out almost right away after waiting for 30 minutes nobody came. I proceeded through the drive thru to get my food that was cold and my shake that was melted. I won't be eating sonic again.
Sitting in the drive through and 4 cars behind us got their food before we did. They gave us our drink while we are waiting for our food but didn’t give us our straws. They has our chili cheese tots ready but nothing else good wise. We went to the car hop side first and sat there for 20mins waiting on someone to answer but never did so we got in the drive through and it was an even longer wait for our food. We got our food and the chili cheese tots were soggy, the shake had melted, and our burgers were the only good thing about the food. We got there at noon and hour our food at 1:17. And the manager was outside talking instead of being inside making sure her employees were doing their job correctly
Was sitting in car waiting over an hour Noone came out to take my order went to the door still no order just left will not be back
They seem to be consistently understaffed and not the most attentive to parked cars vs drivethrough. I order here myself and also pick up with grub hub. They always take at least 10-15 min to get orders out. The workers themselves are helpful enough, but the ones that are there need to communicate better.

Slower than maple on a tin roof in the middle of winter with your grandma. I wasted my life and waited over 30 minutes to be glared at and rude to rude to by a snooty disrespectful teenager poor excuse for an employee. Theytook my money gave me cold food called to complain and all they told me was to complain to corporate. I want my money and my dignity back. They gave me Diet Coke instead of regular and I’m allergic to aspartame!!! I’m pissed! The manager even said one of your employees walked out in the middle of my order so what does that say about your store again you super Duper mega suck. All your reviews are 1 to 0 stars. You need to staff better employees with a personality.
