They obviously have a staffing shortage. We waited 30 minutes for food that was inedible. Our food sat inside for a long while because they don't have anyone to bring it out to your car. Word of advice... Go through the drive-thru if you absolutely feel the need to go to this location. You will not get food delivered to your car for a long time if you go to the parking slots. We threw all the food away.

Doesn't even feel like sonic anymore. Cant even use the car stalls. Probably because they are understaffed... every sonic. Understaffed. Better off closing and giving someone else a chance.
They are pretty good don't order the popcorn chicken because I had about 8 pieces half of them was nothing inside just balls crust I fed to my dogs because I would rather have a little chicken in there
There are a couple servers who are very nice, and we're happy to help! But unfortunately this location doesn't seem to be managed properly. Have been asked at the walk-up spot to "just go through the drive through", and they are sometimes out of main menu items (including ice-cream lol). The building is also not maintained well, with little outdoor lighting, the place looks closed!
Most of the Sonic's in the Springs are pretty lackluster. This one in particular is bad. Slow, stale food, missed items, etc. Not really worth the wait in the drive thru
It's always nice just to go through to get a refreshing drink in the summertime staff is always nice
Poor customer service from Kristi when the online app wasn't working I called to see if I could have my order made so I didn't have to wait 30 min in line..I was told that they were not allowed to take call ins and had no control over the app...I've had issues with the app before but the manager on S 8th st location has better customer service . I placed a call in order there considering they are not taking mobile orders and they were more than happy to accommodate the order
I ordered a bacon on bacon quarter pound burger. My hamburger was the size of a child's burger and burnt and couldn't even find one of the burger patties. Fries tasted like day old. I will never eat at this Sonic burger again.
I love the happy hour. I usually order the chili dogs some onions rings.some ranch to dip in they have juicy bacon cheess burger shakes I realy enjoy goin to that sonic
Place is so congested at 2:30 pm that it took 20 mins of letting out stall car spots and then a car was blocking up both lanes to driveway as well as drive thru which had to wait even more time on the drive thru window cars to move up to unblock the entire parking lot area! What a nightmare just to get a beverage. And I couldnt even get one because the drive thru line moved up only one time the whole 30 mins i was on sonic property. I just wanted out. Anywhere but choked up in line any longer and having to move out of the way backing up in order to let more of the parked stall cars out. Terrible layout for traffic jamming up all due to only one car too far into another lane. Brings everything to a standstill. Even the employees were like taking their smoke breaks in back 40 because they knew the locked up parking lot would give them all break times! Poor planning on somebody's part...
