I love sonic, but this location is so disappointing. It's my fault that I keep giving it a chance every 6or 8 months but nothing changes. You'll sit at a bay and never get called on, so you go through the drive through and let them know their bays might not be working and they confirm they do work. Mind you, there were 4 cars total so they weren't very busy so to not even acknowledge anybody. They had no apologies or sympathy, or any customer service.

We came around 9:40 to just get a small drink, but we were told that they closed at 9:30 by a lady and wouldn’t even let us ask why. She just quickly told us goodnight and left it at that, and it was odd because there were people eating out front. Would never come back again
Don't go here. There is one on Colorado Ave that is way better. I waited an hour for my food. The only reason I didn't leave is because they took the money out of my account. They botched my order and put brown lettuce on my burger. Will be calling corporate and demanding my money back or something to happen to this store. If it happened to me it will happen to others. Regardless of short staff they should still not screw up this bad. Good job on not doing a good job Sonic....
I ordered it Cherry cream slush. They used to be really thick. Now they're a little bit thinner. I hope they get back to their old standards. The guy that came out to give me my drink he was very nice
Worst sonic in town. I waited 45 minutes to get my food only for them to hand me a grease soaked bag that had half my order in it. I asked for a new bag and was told "it's just grease"... like that is what I want in my car or on my lap... waited another 35 minutes to get the rest of my order and then told the don't have the ice cream. Will never return and will recommend no one else goes there either.
Love going to sonic but the stalls at this location are never open and I have been turned away in the evening time (around 8-9). I can understand short staffing, (Been there) but sitting in the stall and chilling is the point of sonic even if I have to wait.
I don't know if it's that I live in Colorado, or that I live in Colorado Springs or it's just that this 'Sonic' restaurant is just special, but one thing I DO know is that this is a great fast food eatery and it has a great staff that all go out of their way to provide you a pleasant dining experience with fast, but friendly and efficient service. I really hope this does not change because it is always a good place to enjoy a large variety of really good food. ? Try it for yourself and I am sure you will agree with this review and enjoy getting good food of YOUR own choice.
Just a bit of advice. If you do food delivery, avoid this restaurant at all costs unless you're getting paid over $20. You will inevitably wait. At times I have waited up to 40 minutes for food until I stopped going here. Unfortunately it is not really the staff's fault as they are constantly understaffed probably because the workers are underpaid and overworked. Though a bit of helpful advice, if the order is going to take 20 minutes to get out to the customer don't tell them that it's going to take one minute. Normalize giving me the actual wait time. Well not me because I'll never go back to this place
Huge disappointment as usual per Sonic. Ordered 2 root beer floats. One of the easiest orders to fulfill. Waited 20 minutes, and my floats came to me with root beer, ice cream, and a whole lot of crushed ice. But it's my own fault for trying to give sonic another chance. 10/10 worst fast food chain
3 of 4 failed times to order at this location due to “mini cups only” and a barrage of other petty reasons not to complete small orders-no compensation offered. Any of my followers can HMU for this Westside’s more professional and efficient replacement. Pretty sad this once spot on store has fallen far from a stellar reliable quick stop for more reasons to make it more of a current speed bump off 8th.
