I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Just stopped here and I ordered a small smoothie. I tried paying with a giftcard and they were too in-experienced to know how to enter the numbers so instead of asking a manager or figuring it out they charged my debit card instead. Then they made the orders of everyone who ordered after me first. 30 minutes later I saw them moving the smoothie around 5 different blenders and when I got it, it was lukewarm and tasted like water. How does it make any sense that there were 5 workers in the building and only one person was making smoothies as every one else stood around and talked to each other??? Maybe hire an adult to work on each shift or shut the location down. They gave me a refund and remade my smoothie after I complained. but it’s still ridiculous how badly they messed up.Unbelievable.
Never had a bad order and does not take long after ordering.
Long story short, this location needs adult supervision. There is obviously something going on here that impacts productivity. I'll pass this location up ten times over just to go to the Barnes location. I give them .25 of five stars because they have windows.
I was taken care of and out of there fast. The employees are really nice and I was helped with any of my questions about their smoothie add ons. I was helped by a person named Tree, and I loved the service. As a body modded individual it was nice to see other people there with body mods as well, and I love that the store here is lgbtq friendly towards its customers and employees. I felt at home being able to talk to another non binary person! Overall a wonderful experience.

I waited more than 45 mins after making my order. Was skipped over twice from people who ordered after me. When questioning the employees regarding my order. They totally forgot it. Do not recommend this place.
32 minutes to get a smoothie. The poor kids working the machines were going one smoothie at a time ?♂️

My favorite location in Colorado Springs. All of the staff are very friendly and swift. I definately go at least 4 times a week, if not more!
Terrific staff! If you order online though O recommend giving it at least a 20min grace period before arriving to pickup.
