Our family of 6's first time eating here. Totally delicious and true to it's name! Homemade burger so big you gotta SMASH it down to fit in your mouth! Fried brussel sprouts were actually real good with ranch on them. The 'shoestring' onion rings are the bomb! Wife enjoyed her sweet potato fries. I really liked how they served the green chili on my sandwich, sliced like jalapeno in rings!
Ordered a Colorado burger.Sandwich was so wet and greasy the bun was mush. The toppings were spilling over the whole thing. Worst of all it was the most bland boring burger I’ve ever tried. Even fast food uses salt on their burgers. SmashBurger does not it shows and is disgusting. Will never return would have had a better experience at Wendy’s
**Gluten intolerant or people with Celiacs, stay away.**Even with the gluten free bun or lettuce substitute, there’s too much cross contamination. I informed them about my allergy, but was still very sick after eating my burger. I understand it isn’t a guarantee, but I thought I’d warn others. The negative review is based on the food taste & drive thru wait time. My burger was very very dry. Neither me nor my husband finished our food. There was only one other person in the drive thru waiting for their food, but waited over 15 minutes. So if you’re going to the drive thru for convenience, I wouldn’t. Even if the restaurant isn’t busy. This was our first time at Smashburger, and we were very disappointed.
I really like Smashburger this is the only store in Colorado Springs. A little bit of a drive for me but it's worth at especially because they have a drive up and leaving is pretty easy since the road isn't heavy traffic and had a light to the major intersection! Food great love the sweet potato fries as a side. I have to always decide which protein I am going to order then after that which burger. Love mushrooms, avocado and bacon! Hard to choose. I recommend that you try the food here!
Best smash burger this side of the missippi. So clean and fresh. That Colorado beef tastes and hits different. Got our order right and impressed our California friend. The pickles are divine. And the bun is good. The smash fries are where it’s at. The price went up but that’s okay. Our food was great and the employees were kind. Def the spot ? ?
Is definitely one of my favorite Burger Places! They almost forgot my order but remember and gave me extra fries for the mistake! Great food and Customer service!
They have a good burger. But I went the other day and they told me I couldn’t order a shake because they were low on cream and had to save it for door dash orders instead of making a shake for the customer right in front of them. So, I canceled my order and won’t be back. Terrible policy.
I spent $40 on 2 burgers, 2 fries, drinks and some onion pieces... It was a $25 meal at best. I was finished eating before my onion things arrived. Half breaded and soggy with no sauce.
Fabulous meal. If you're looking for something that you can't find on the East Coast or in the south, try the brisket burger. What an amazing meal. Pricing was appropriate, we all left satisfied. Recommend to bring children and family. A+
Ordered in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes for out order to be taken. Then we got to the window and we were rudely asked to pull forward where we waited another 30 minutes then we parked and went inside because it took so long. On top of that they said they couldnt make us shakes because they were too backed up even though there was nobody in line anywhere. If just door dash backs you up that's a problem. We waited the time for a dine in restaurant to get served cold food. The hamburger meat was dry, chewy, and flavorless on top of that the bacon on my sandwich was undercooked. Some of the worst service I've had.
