Great service, very fast! Staff was super friendly and kind, amazing customer service! Rare to see that these days, we were very impressed! Food was delicious as well!!! Highly recommend :)

Delicious but OH SO SLOW! Food is good. Waited 30 minutes for a walk-in to-go order. Was spoken to once by the person that took my order. After watching several folks come and go, I spoke to the girl preparing the order and asked if the bag on the shelf was mine. YES. I was chastised for not "asking" for it. Rude!

This has happened twice now. I asked for no cheese (No American) on my bacon burger, and got a lot of cheese. Also the bacon doesn't even look all the way cooked. It's not hard to just leave the cheese off. $14 for a burger, fries, and a drink and I couldn't eat most of my meal because I can't stomach the cheese and uncooked bacon.

Normally I'm a huge fan of Smashburger and would give any location I've been to 5 stars, they make great stuff and this location is just as great the times I have gotten food here. However, this location, this BURGER restaurant, apparently can't be bothered to serve burgers AN HOUR before closing. If you aren't open for service then change your hours to reflect when you actually will make a burger - because people are gonna expect that if your hours say you are open and you arrive a reasonable amount of time before closing that they can still order. I've never had this issue at any other restaurant, in fact. Just here.

Food is good but was sticker shocked when I paid at the window. Apparently they have increased the prices on fries and drinks dramatically recently. Two weeks ago I ordered a burger with large smash fries and a drink and it came to a little over $15. Today I ordered the same burger with small regular fries and a drink and it was over $17. The burger is the same price. I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.

Really not a good experience. I usually do not write bad reviews, but this was truly an exception to the rule. I would have gotten better service for a cheaper burger at Wendy's,MacDonald's, Sonic or Burger King. Hmmm. Almost 1 hour wait, with drive through customers getting orders filled before me, when I ordered on the app, and paid ahead...I will be talking to corporate. The manager told me," well, we are understaffed tonight", no apology, no comp, no extras to appease. She was totally stressed...and I work in a field who has lost 2/3 of their workforce in 1 1/2 years, but we are still expected to perform to precision...I guess that is why I pay for a license, malpractice insurance, and work every day OT...VERY DISAPPOINTED. Go to University Village location. MUCH better food quality, customer service. Says something for mgmt.

Horrible experience. Completely unsanitary. Straws didn’t have wrappers. They put receipt under the food. Saw one of the cooks outside with his gloves still on that he did not change. Lemonade was just water. The workers did not know how many fries came with a medium fry and gave us about 10 regular fries. Never going back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a smashburger. I waited for ten minutes at the window after ordering when there was no one else in the drive thru or inside. No one came and told us one moment or anything. Then the girl with blue hair comes up and doesn’t say “hi” or sorry about the wait” and just says “$37” with an attitude…. I have worked fast food for 6 years so I understand to a degree but this was so rude. The Smashburger in off Nevada down south is always so much nicer and quicker despite being packed.

I love smashburger but am never going back to this location. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with no one before or after me. The burgers I got were mishandled, there’s a crazy grease stain (the kind that will get on your clothes) on the bag and the burgers are all misshapen. Crazy that I sat idle in the car for 20 mins with no other customers. Never going back again to this location.

My daughter begged me to go here since she loved the one by the Castle Rock outlets. This was a night and day difference. There was only a few people eating when we arrived and the staff noticeably appeared annoyed to take our order. Also, I love seasoned food but this was so salty, my family could not finish their food. Unfortunately, I can’t give this location another try.
