I LOVE Smash burger but this location is the worst!!! The orders are always wrong. Every. Single. Time. The staff are incompetent at best and know nothing of customer service. If you're looking to play the "what's in a bag" game then this place is awesome for that. Fair warning to those of you that have any food allergies or dietary preferences because you will not be able to eat your food because they always get it wrong.We used to eat at this location all the time! It used to be great, and it went seriously down hill in 2019 and hasn't gotten any better since. We just tried ordering from here to see if it got any better and sadly it has not improved. Which is a shame because it's much more convenient for me to order from here than drive to another location, however I cannot justify supporting a business that clearly does not care about it customers. It's a burger joint people, it's not that hard to get meat, cheese and condiments on a bun.Needs better management!
The food quality was horrible, didn’t think someone could mess up a salad but did!! No meat as requested, delivered by Grubhub who were great! And refunded me my money but tried to call local store multiple times no one answers and called corporate and they had no one to accept calls. If I could give a 1/2 star I would! Don’t place an order for delivery you will be sorely disappointed. Delivery guy said the same he has issues all the time!
Outstanding Bacon Cheeseburger. Had it delivered and thought by the time it got to me it wasn’t going to be hot. But it was better than expected. Definitely will order again. The chicken strips also spot on!!!!
Great tasting burger. Customer service at the register was great. Short staffed, unswept floor with broom and dirt in aisle walking up to register. Trash can unemptied sitting outside of open trash cabinet. Only employee at register was working very hard. She did a great job keeping up the best that she could.
I never write a bad review for any place. But they always mess up my order. Got doordash and didn’t get what I ordered. I asked for smash fries and got sweet potato fries. My burger wasn’t right and it is extremely annoying how many times they make mistakes. Never getting smash burger again!
Gross food. Ordered a BBQ bacon cheeseburger. Got a disgusting burger with floppy cheese, too many fried onions and nothing else. They were rude. Dirty restaurant Other customers complaining. Not coming back.
I ordered two burgers one without mayo and 4 sides. I got two burgers with 3 side. So I ordered another burger and asked for the side they didn’t give me. Then I noticed the first burger had mayo so I had to ask them to fix that. So they gave me one burger. I let them know that I needed the second burger without the mayo and the 4th side. They still hadn’t given me that either. When I finally left with the burgers I needed they still hadn’t given me the fourth side. I got tired of the whole thing. I did go back in to let them and their customers know how many times they messed up one order and that I wouldn’t be back.I will go to the south Nevada location. They were very professional.
This is literally the worst store I have ever been to. I have tried 3 different orders from this store, all for just one sandwich and fries. 2 of the orders have been canceled by the store after waiting nearly 2 hours, and today I waited 2 and a half hours for an order for it not to be ready by four different delivery drivers. I understand that unfortunate things happen and sometimes stores get busy, but after 3 times? How is this acceptable? I will never order from here again.
Such a disappointing experience. The place was fealthy dirty. My wife and I were looking for a good burger and got a coupon in the mail. We ordered 2 double cheese, bacon burgers. We had coupon for free milk shakes. The bill came to $34. I thought it was high so I asked for a copy of the bill. When the burgers came mine had only one burger Patty. Sent it back, they added a Patty. The patties were extremely fatty. I am sick of the excess fat. I was charged for the milk shakes even though they had the coupon. They called the manager who thought it was funny and refunded me some $6 no apology.I give them no star if I could. The worst meal. I will never go back.
$30 later, we got a couple of tiny hamburgers and fries. $5.99 for a tiny chocolate shake!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!For $30, we could have had a buffet and had money left over for dessert! ? The Credit Card machine asked me to give a tip!! FOR WHAT ?????!!!!It was good,but not for that price!!!!
