I wanted to like this place. A good friend recommended it. But my experience was simply not good. The clerk at the counter was not polite, and seemed bored. When the styrofoam drink cups were stacked inside each other, the red ink from the logos kept sticking to the inside of the next cup. Said clerk didn't consider this a big deal, and I had to ask him twice to get a cup that was clean on the inside. The restaurant itself wasn't clean, either. The chicken portions were decent in quality, but about half the size of what is advertised. Given their high price, I have to admit the experience was quite disappointing.
Food is good but service sometimes is hit or miss. I hate to be asked “anything else” after each thing I order. When I’m finished ordering I’ll tell you I’m finished. Not only that cashier sounds like she 100% hates her job.
Food is good but seriously the slowest service ever.
Obsessed is an understatement!! Food is top notch!! Only reason its not a 5-star review is because they could really improve their online ordering system. I've never had a good experience ordering ahead through the app for pick up. I'd love for that to be more effective otherwise this place is the best chicken in all of Colorado Springs
We’ve never been before so decided to stop by and give this place a go. Didn’t look busy, took about 10 minutes in line to order. I would say the food is very similar to Raising Canes. Chicken tenders, sandwiches, etc. For the 3 of us (two adults and child) $30ish dollars. First, the restaurant was filthy, sticky floors, dirty tables and the drink station was the worst. No ice (supposedly when my husband asked they said it wasn’t working), nothing was stocked, the sprite dispenser was leaking water and the entire drink station was disgusting. About 10 mins after we sat down, someone brought out a container of ice and filled the drink station. We waited 30 mins for 3 chicken baskets, we went up and asked what the delay was and their reply was one of the fryers went down earlier and they had to fry everything in one. When we finally got our food, the chicken was mushy and tasted undercooked. They gave us about 5 pounds of fries in the basket and three teeny tiny mushy chicken tenders about the size of a stick of gum. Fries were soggy, cold and undercooked. Bread was cold. The entire feeling of the restaurant was stressed and just a bad day. I feel bad for the staff because I really think they were trying but it was just a totally awful experience. We will definitely not be returning. I’m not sure if they are like this everyday but this was one of my top 10 worst dining experiences. Even the guy wearing “trainer” on the back of his shirt seemed pretty checked out. I witnessed one patron storm out of the restaurant and he was visibly angry and red in the face. Your restaurant staff really needs a morale boost after this evening.
The food was awesome, Texas toast was super good, chicken and dipping sauces were great. The mason jar desert was out of this world. Didn’t care for the fries.
The food was decent, but the restaurant was a slightly dirty. There was small amounts of trash on an unswept floor (fries, straw wrappers, etc).We had to wipe our own table and they were out of most of the teas, spoons and cup lids.I'll come back, but it won't be soon.
Ordered the classic strip meal, but got nuggets instead( look at quarter for comparison). LOL.The employees are so greedy, and should serve the allocated amount. Note; I paid full price.
Great place, great service, clean bathrooms, clean lobby and the chicken was a little off but it was midday. It wouldn't stop me from coming back and we had a good time.Blessings to all... ??
Solid Chicken Finger and Sandwich place! It was also spacious and service was great! Food did not take too long and I enjoyed the tenders and the variety of sauces they had. Probably a bit more expensive than Raising Cane's in terms of the combo deals, but I personally enjoyed slims chicken more than Raising Cane's
