These burgers are so good. Definitely get the Heifer Sauce on the side! I ordered a custom burger for my first time, which turned out great! Everything on the menu looks great! Everyone seemed happy with their choices as looked around the restaurant. They can get busy, but worth the wait! Indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend this place and look forward to going back again.
Everything about this place was amazing. I'm a cheeseburger guy, I eat burgers everywhere I go. I've eaten them in probably 30 places between Firestone Colorado, Aspen, Pueblo, and Colorado springs. This is top 5. GET THE SKIRT! Great customer service, the fries are awesome and the buns are amazing. Do not pass up a chance to try this place. If you like your burger a certain way, just build your own and tell them you want a skirt. Their heifer sauce is really good too, so taste all of the sauces available inside. My photos kind of suck so I apologize for that, I was on the go when I took them. I'll leave one for a reference lol next time I'll pay closer attention ??

This was a fun dinner stop! Glad we made it! Came by looking to hit something original, and we sure did. The fries, sauce, and burgers were top notch. Will recommend to friends traveling to Colorado Springs!
Super friendly staff, excellent food, fast service. These burgers are so good. The meat actually has flavor and you can taste the freshness of everything!!! Our new go to for burgers!!
In Colorado Springs for a quick visit with the family and found that Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives had featured them on their show. My son decided that we had to go and we were glad that we did. The Burgers were very fresh and delicious. The cheese skirt added a unique and tasty(if you like crispy cheese) aspect to the burgers. Local beers and cookie ice cream sandwiches rounded out the great dinner. Definitely recommend!
If you have never been to the Skirted Heifer, then please stop in and try their burger. The fries are tasty as well. Yummy is the best way to describe the menu!
We were a bit hesitant to go due to the amount of recent low star reviews. We are so happy we decided to check it out!All in all it was great. You can build a burger or order one off the menu. Prices are easily seen on the menu!*Fries DO NOT come with adult burgers, so ensure you order them if you want them!!**The gluten free burger was fantastic! The regular burger with the cheese skirt was also amazing (so I'm told) and my kiddo loved the kids meal burger!It was super fun We were able to get different sodas as well. Recommend for the family!
We made a stop here since it was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives (DDD). We got the burger of the week and The Hangover. Both were really good and massive portions. Flavor combos were different. We would definitely eat here again!
I had the skirted bacon cheeseburger. I found it more novelty than anything. The patty was too thin for my liking but I enjoy the fresh ingredients and focaccia bun. The crispy cheese skirt wasn't too overwhelming. I am not usually a fry person but I really liked theirs. The homemade sauces were a nice touch. I liked the unique sodas that were offered. It was a nice change of pace. Lastly I ate there cookie ice cream sandwich. It was very good, however, I found the cookie a little hard and dry. Overall great experience and concept.
