Went there yesterday, the place turned into a nightclub unexpectedly, what a great night, the djs, the service, the crowd was great. All around experience was really nice. Love the decor. One reviewer said the place is dirty, not true. Wear a belt, few people outside were not let in due to no belt issues. Kind of weird reason though.
They don't have enough seating for parties, even though they take the reservation. The decor is nice, except for the ripped, duck-taped couches. Service is slow, takes a while to get your drinks. Food came out cold and over cooked, although the waitress quickly changed it out for hotter food. It's ok., I wouldn't be in a rush to go back though.
This place has really gone downhill! It used to be my favorite place to go. The last 2 times I’ve gone were on a Saturday night past 8 pm and it was a snooze fest in there both times. It’s definitely a 45 y/o+ only bar now, the music is terrible, and we end up leaving to go somewhere better every time. I was going to host my college graduation party here in2 weeks and last night made me change my mind! It’s sad because this place has / had so much potential.
Next time this bar wants to tell people they can’t come in because they aren’t wearing a belt due to dress code with almost half of their customers not wearing belts just tel your pathetic staff to be honest if they want to discriminate or pick and choose their customers that come in
I will have to say the decor is pretty good but old and in need of a update. Customer service was not good. Nor was seeing the trash of past guests pulled up everywhere.
The restaurant is dirty and run down. The beer was cool, not cold and flat like it was poured from the line. The chicken wings were watery and soggy. Very disappointed with the good reviews the place had.
Great chill spot with very unique interior. Great drinks friendly staff. Try their fried chicken and fried pickles.. great spot to meet friends on a Friday to unwind!!
I love single barrel. I go all the time w my friends. Some days they have a DJ. There are games you can play w your friends like Jenga or cards against humanity. There are two pool tables and their bar is fully stocked. Signature $5 shots are my fav! And the bartender Sean always knows what I want ?

Great selection of whiskeys! Loved playing darts and connect four, while enjoying the whiskeys. Also loved the punk Victorian decor. Try the hoagie sandwiches. Only downside was they didn't have a lot of the whiskeys on the menu and they were serving the whiskey flights in individual shot glasses. Also, they only had two shot glasses, so I had to finish one before getting another. It would be much better if the shot glasses were on a board, or the whiskey was served in snifters.
