Very disappointing service. Owner was rude and food was disappointing.
Incredibly disrespectful to the community and indigenous folks by serving alcohol in a tipi. Owners have been made aware of the hurt they are causing on multiple occasions and keep it anyways. This is not an inclusive space for BIPOC. Seems they want it to be colonizer vibez only.

The ramen soup at Shuga's was to die for, but...they stopped serving it. Their posole is pretty tasty too.
We were in town visiting family when we heard about Shuga's! A wonderful lady on the airplane recommended it to me since I was visiting and more people I met on the street recommended it so we thought we'd give it a go! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was bright and cozy. They definitely have their own unique vibe. The Shuga's Cafe tray gives you a taste of all guests favorite she you won't be disappointed! The spicy shrimp soup was so good! I have never eaten anything like it. If you are looking for a unique atmosphere with delicious food and drinks go to Shuga's! I can't wait to go back!
Amazing food! AMAZING DRINKS! Amazing atmosphere! Amazing staff! I love how accepting this place is to everyone who walks in. Also, the back area is perfect for a Sunday brunch. Overall 10/10. Please visit, you will not regret it!
I was pleasantly surprised. It's a small place inside but the food is really good. I had the Quebec Sandwich and the Almond Butter Cake. I was very pleased with both of them.I would definitely comeback.
Menu looked great. Place looked adorable. A little boho with a bit of elegance. Service made us leave and take our drinks to go. We decided to eat elsewhere based solely on the lack of service. I was excited to try this place for so long. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I was hoping it was going to be our new spot. I'm really sad it's not. I did love their lavender lemonade though.
Liked this place so much we went twice for lunch during our recent stay in Colorado Springs. The curry shrimp soup is wonderful. The Cuban sandwich and flank steak salads are nice too. The charcuterie board could use a little more meat (did have lots of cheese), but otherwise all was good. Lots of outdoor seating (indoors is a little noisy). Friendly, helpful staff.
Had the smoke beat sandwich. No smoke tasted but it was still good. Posole is really good, just wanted more hominy but that's personal preference. Mac and cheese was super cheesy and had a great kick. Overall, great good and amazing vibes. Must check out.
