I went to pick up an order and they said they didn't have it despite it saying it was ready. Of course, I had to go back to my car to get my phone to prove we paid. Since I didn't realize my friend had put a nickname on their account, we found out it was a different name. Just as I was going to apologize for the mistake since I was unaware of the name change, the lady at the counter then rudely stated "had you had said that we would have given it to you." Appalled by the unnecessary comment, I said "whatever lady" since it was a rude way to come back at a misunderstanding. Then as I walked out she immediately said "yeah whatever." Totally rude and uncalled for. You could have just said sorry for the misunderstanding and kept my business since it was an honest mistake, but instead you wanted to get snippy and then talk crap with your staff that you had awaiting my return. So, you can go shove it and good luck being rude to people and keeping their business. There are better restaurants with better food. Your quality has degraded over the years and maybe it's because you're involved with your poor decision-making skills.
I really couldn’t recommend any place as much as this one!! The food was completely amazing. The service was beyond top notch. I walked away feeling like I made new friends. I can’t wait to go back, this is my favorite place. Thank you to the staff that was so kind and attentive and helped us celebrate my birthday. I will see you all soon.
We're big fans of Shangri-La. Their food is always tasty. Prices are reasonable. And the servings are just right. Try the bourbon chicken. One of my favorite dishes and I'd never even heard of it before.
What a hidden gem we found here. Came for lunch, were seated immediately and very friendly staff. The food was delicious and hot. I had orange chicken with steamed rice. Great price at 10.95 and came with soup and an egg roll. The water was good, definitely not tap water. Will visit again soon.

Yes the portions and Quality of the Food Coming up fast! I think the Chinese food here is the "BEST" of the Springs NOW. What can be said they are BUSY folks are Ordering..Building a Loyal following. ,,,May 2022 getting their Mo Jo back! Improved from 8 Months Ago will Eat here if Quality stays good.
Was just okay, probably wouldn't order again. I ordered delivery through grubhub: General Tso Chicken (spicy), fried rice, wonton soup and crab rangoon. The chicken was so sweet I couldn't even finish it. The fried rice tasted like just seasoned white rice with a little soy sauce. Not fried at all.The crab Rangoon was the only reason I didn't rate lower. They were average.
We have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years. Stopped going there during the Pandemic because the quality of the food had really gone down hill. After a two year absence, we decided to stop for brunch last Sunday. We were blown away by the difference! The restaurant is under new ownership now. The menu is improved as well and we noticed several people waiting for carry out as we arrived. The Egg Drop soup was outstanding, the egg rolls were large and crispy (not greasy), the stir fry was wonderful with large pieces of really fresh shrimp and chicken and very tender beef. We thought we were in San Francisco! Our server, Phillip, was so friendly and fun to work with. He not only took care of us very well, also made us SMILE. We are voting for this restaurant for "Best of the Springs" this year.
The staff was pleasant but, the food was not great at all and the price for the portion was such a shock I had to double take and go back inside and ask if they made a mistake with my order. I will not be returning
The food was excellent! Restaurant was very clean. Our server Daniel was awesome. Very attentive and well mannered.
