Bread is good sandwich is ok. I tried the bbq chicken calzone. It is very big, not enough sauce but good flavor in the sauce I got. My daughter got the turkey avocado sandwich. Bread is good sandwich was average. Got a kids grilled cheese and it looked very cheesy. Also got cinnabons. Have not had them yet but the glaze tastes very good.

Changed my 5 star to a 2 star. Went in last Friday and nobody would answer in the drive-through so I went inside and asked if the intercom was broken and the manager shrugged his shoulders sarcastically and was really rude. Disappointed.
Love Schlotzsky's, we don't have any close to us so we had to stop by knowing that it was right off the highway. Great food and we always buy a bottle of their hot sauce... which is amazing!
I haven't been to a Schlotzskys or Cinnabon in a very long time and I guess I now remember why. The doors were locked about 45 minutes early and an employee just stared at me through the other side. So I got back in the car and was about to leave when someone pulled into the drive through and ordered. So I figured, okay why not. I waited at the order mic for several minutes before I had to ask If someone was there. They replied with "what fo you want" lol. I order a six pack of Cinnabons for $26 and left feeling like I had make some kind of mistake. The whole thing just felt depressing and lethargic. Don't forget, I'm talking about getting food here! The Cinnabons were no where near as good as I remember and 3 of them sat in the kitchen for a week before I tossed them. I have 4 daughters who love sweets, so that is saying something. My advice, avoid this place all together. But if you do go, I recommend a couple antidepressants first!!
Used to love coming here but three strikes and you're out! Great food, horrible service. This is now the third time I've had problems with service here. I'm deleting the app and never coming back. So sad but it's not worth it waiting forever because they forgot about you.

Great food, something different than a burger or chicken sandwich ?. Pretty quick too and the staff are really nice folks that are always polite and helpful.
A great deli sandwich that is surprisingly very tasty and freshly made. I compliment Schlotzsky's for a very true tasting deli treat.
Wanted $38 for 2 sandwiches and sandwiches were 7.99 and on large drink. When I asked girl says because you ordered there Rueben. In no way did I say that. I didn't know sandwiches came in sizes.....
