Good restaurant, however the bathrooms needed some cleaning and the food wasn’t the best. The kids meal does offer a chocolate chip cookie which was pretty good.

Decided to stop in for lunch because my daughter's been wanting a sandwich. I ordered a chicken salad. The chicken was almost frozen, like it had just been taken out of a bag from the freezer. They made me another not much better. Her sandwich was not how they used to be, bread slices thinner, different taste and medium was smaller. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Last time we will be there. Also the lady who took our order was not friendly and almost rude. The boy cleaning tables and delivering food was the only good thing about the experience! He smiled and tried to be helpful. Thus, the reason for 2 stars!
I understand many things places are under staffed yet customer service should still be a priority. Employee was no friendly when taking my order nor at the window. I did not give me jalapeños chips as I asked for, coke was flatter then four flat tires. I have just wasted my hard earned money. I will not go back to this establishment.
Saw an opportunity to get a random lunch. So, I asked for a surprise sandwich in the drive thru. Whoever took my order, did it right! They made me a BeefBaconSmokeycheese with pickles and ranch. They put a handwritten note in the bag, to tell me what my sandwich was. Kudos. I'll be back.(Those pickles made the sandwich)
This schlotzskys is supper clean, organized and Friendly. I had Patty as my hostess while I was ordering my food and I must say she has excellent customer service, her attitude was Amazing and she was supper friendly! She makes me wanna come back to this location.
I have always liked their sandwiches. I don't have a store close to where I live in Denver.
I grew up with this wonderful sandwich shop being from Texas and all and after almost 5 decades of dining here I am never disappointed. You literally can’t find bread like this anywhere on planet earth and everything they use the bread for and all the different unique menu items they create with that bread are dynamite as well because the bread is the basis for everything. Absolutely phenomenal sandwich’s that day as I tried a new menu item and wasn’t disappointed at all. The calzone consisting of roast beef, provolone, onions and mushrooms with au juś was absolutely sensational as that bread is always the perfect test for any new items. This hit it out of the park with all the ingredients and the stability of the bread holding it all together. Another marvelous creation from these sandwich MASTERS. Always appreciate the food I receive from them. Give those new menu items a try and you won’t be disappointed at all!!

Had the beef dip. It was good. The Cinnabon cinnamon roll I had was also delicious.
Exceptional service always! We hope that the french onion soup will find it's way back to the menu soon.
