This is a GREAT place to eat in Colorado Springs!! We had great fast service and the employee's are very kind and sweet! Are drinks where filled to the top of the glass which is great!! Also, my father said, "I can tell by the taste of the salad that it is fresh. And it taste better than other salad's I've had!" This place is probably the best food I've had in Colorado Springs! Also, the bathroom's are very clean!! Therefore, this is a great place to eat in Colorado Springs ?!!
Amazing service and our steaks were perfectly cooked as requested. Our waiter was on point came and checked on us periodically made sure our drinks were full. It was pretty busy we had an hour wait and still had great service. We had a table of seven with small children and they enjoyed the bread and nachos while we waited for our food. Our first time here from Texas and we definitely recommend the steaks here.
Nice, casual steakhouse. Beautiful restaurant inside...well if ya like western. The staff were friendly, prompt and all the wait staff helped each other...nice to see. Even managers were out helping and visiting. The food was good and the timing was excellent in between drinks appetizers, salad to the main entree and dessert. The steak was amazing...perfect black Angus...the fried mushrooms were super and the drink menu was awesome...so many options. It was a great experience for our 4yr anniversary dinner...glad we chose here. The only thing we didn't like too much was the chocolate cake...it's more like a super cold fudge brownie. It was good but maybe next time we will try the carrot cake or cheesecake.
Excellent food. Everything is made from scratch!! I had the tenderloin tips. They were cooked to Perfection with just a little bit of pink inside. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and cooked properly. This was my first time in. And the manager gave us a coupon for free appetizer next time we come in. Their price point is high around $30. But they have a discount menu before 6pm that starts at $13
The food was amazing, I ordered the ribeye steak it was cook perfectly and a loaded baked potato. Our waiter was Q, greeted us with a smile amazing customer service! Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Exceeded our expectations. Very clean restaurant, definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great steakhouse with great staff.
Ended up going when it was quiet and near the end of the day, staff was beyond friendly!! Super attentive and very kind. Drinks were SUPER strong which I am not complaining :D over all very welcoming and the food was amazing. A little pricey yes but you get what you pay for. 10/10 would recommend again!!

Overall, the experience was good. The food was great and well done! But the service was interesting… the host was very nice and we were seated before our quoted time. But our server was the interesting part. He made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times… didn’t give a good review of some of the food (the daily soup) and then looked at our tip right in front of us after we had paid and written the tip in. Extremely rude to do. The whole experience felt odd and uncomfortable.
This was our first visit to SaltGrass, and all I can say from the moment we walked in to the time we got our appetizer, we had the most professional service in my whole life of living in Colorado. The fried mushrooms were amazing, and so was the chips and Queso. The teamwork at the bar was like nothing I have ever seen before. The manager even checked in with them to make sure everything was good. Jade, and Brent worked very well together, and made sure our 1st visit was assured to be the best. The service alone will keep us coming back for more. Wish Pueblo would step it up.
The chicken fried steak was awesome but SO big. Really good mashed potatoes, and potato soup was also delicious. Reasonably priced for the portions. We should've shared a meal.
