I’m giving 2 stars because the food wasn’t too bad. Definitely lacked flavor but over all was good. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my fiancé and I took our family here for dinner and we probably had one of the worst experiences with service. Our waitress Julian was not very friendly but the problem was she never checked up on us throughout our meal and I had to ask somebody else for things like a refill multiple times. Here is a photo of our waitress sitting down at a table across from us chatting with the customers for about 15 minutes. Very disappointed with our experience here.

As the daughter of a Mexican mother, Salsa Brava is my favorite local restaurant for Mexican cuisine. Much higher quality ingredients, in my opinion, than other Mexican food places. I also love the concentrated, strong flavors! Had the chicken fajitas with lettuce wraps and my friend had the chicken enchiladas with the red sauce. Both were quite good ?

We used to eat at the Briargate location pretty often a few years back. We decided to take our daughter and her boyfriend here thinking it would be the same delicious step above average Mexican food. Unfortunately, the menu has completely changed, the enchiladas were dry, the salsas less than interesting. I will never eat here again.

They have a great happy hour that starts at 200 pm...Their margarita s are yummy too....

Food is terrible! No wonder it was empty in there.

I thought I'd give them another try. The first time we ended up walking out because we never saw our server within the first 20 minutes of being sat and the place was empty. This time I called trying to order some lunch on the go. A young lady answer the phone immediately and transferred me to the "to go people." I was on hold for over 12 minutes nobody ever picked up the phone. I managed to arrive there and walk in the building before anybody even notice I was still on hold. There was a young man and lady at the door. I told the young man that I'm still on hold & no one's picked up. The young lady walked away, he apologized and said they only had two servers. He told me to go to the bar to order my food which I did. The bartender had a couple sitting at the bar and another in the booth. She did not look terribly busy. There was a man standing at the end of the bar which is where she was hanging out. I ordered my food and it came out in less than 5 minutes. This is terrible management. Why can't anybody else pick up the phone and take an order? I believe the young lady who originally answered the phone was a server. If they only had two servers (to go people) then why was she hanging out with the host at the door if they were so busy. Like I said the bartender only had two tables. In the 6 minutes that I was there I saw a large man coming out of the kitchen area several times but never doing anything never had anything in his hands. I imagine he was a manager. I guess this place doesn't believe in teamwork. They got two stars because when I actually was able to order my food it only took 5 minutes. The nachos were amazing though they were missing the pickled onions and sour cream that come on it.

I am on the road a lot nowadays, so a light and healthy, but filling lunch is a must for me. Salsa Brava perfectly fit the bill. I met another real estate agent in town to talk business; I’m glad he suggested Salsa Brava! Our server Tanner was very friendly and observant. Upon learning it was my first time at Salsa Brava, he walked me through the menu and highlighted a few of his personal favorites. I took him up one of his suggestion of the fiesta chicken salad and I have zero regrets! All of the ingredients were vibrantly fresh - as it should be with fresh Mexican food. The cilantro vinaigrette was so refreshing and the peanut chipotle drizzle cut through the acidity of the vinaigrette with a savory and spicy splash! My heart was in heaven with the wonton crisps garnish. I was so excited to eat the salad that I forgot to take a picture. Oh well, that’s simply a reason to go back soon! Simply put, this dish and entire experience made my heart happy!

Pretty good. Menu has changed some since pre-covid. We got the couples valentines special.

So good. Started at the bar for guacamole. Just wonderful! Then went into the dining room for street tacos. They celebrate Taco Tuesday! Food was exceptional. The service was above and beyond. It's a new favorite, and I can't wait to go back.

Love Salsa Brava! We have gone about four times and each experience has been exceptional! We can tell the extra effort that goes into the menu, atmosphere, food and service. Everything is super fresh, unique and memorable! Thank you!
