Stopped in for lunch. Place was clean and the folks were friendly and polite. Got the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and an egg roll. WOW!! It tasted as good as it looked ? I've gotten this dish hundreds of time all over the place and this was the best display of how this dish should be presented. It looked like they cared. See pics.It did take more time than I had planned for lunch but it was worth it.
Super delicious and nicely priced!The is one of my go to spots for Pho, this one more so than the other because so many options are available! We spent $80 with tip and each got pho, appetizers, drinks, and wings (those are delicious!)
We had a great experience there! Very friendly service and really good food! We had the spring rolls, boba tea, a Bahn mi, a meatballs pho and a grilled chicken noodles bowl. We were 3 and had had a lot of leftovers. We will be back!

Love this place. They have a great selection of milk teas, smoothies, and fruit teas with different flavor boba. Every drink I purchased is delicious. Flavorful and fresh every time. My favorite so far is the Thai green tea. Simple and tasty. I go at least twice a week for one. I haven’t had a chance to eat the food here, but I plan on it very soon. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend this place.
As the 500th review I just want to repeat what a lot of people are finding. The food selection is great and delicious! I like that it's not just limited to Pho and Boba, but also a fusion of street sandwiches and additional unique dishes building off the flavors. This grabs a little bit more attention to keep coming back. Quick service and Great price makes this a good place to grab a quick yummy bite. I do wish their online had photos next to the catalog to help with knowing what is what for new visitors, but 5/5 in my book.
THE BEST Vietnamese food in The Springs. Absolutely no contest! Every time I come here I know I’m going to have a great meal that feels home cooked. Not to mention they have the best menu and the most options…beyond just rice dishes and pho like most places. Love love love this restaurant!
Finally got to try Saigon Tapioca! Their Banh MI (this ones the grilled pork) is the best I've had in the springs so far, im pretty sure they make their bread in house too and their pho was absolutely delicious as well! I would say it's in my top 2 favorite places being tied for 1 with my other usual spot. I'm super picky about my Vietnamese food, being from the west coast and this definitely hit the spot! Can't wait to go back and try their other food and Boba!
