The food was ok. Way overpriced for what I got. The atmosphere was really bizarre. They were playing the funeral procession music while I was eating. It took forever to get our food being the only people there. The server was really strange and didn't give me the most professional vibe. There was a putrid smell protruding from the wood table and/or table cloth that smelled like something that reminded me of when I had to bathe old people that couldn't take care of themselves at the nursing home I worked at. Very unappetizing. I would go somewhere else.

We've been going to Saigon Cafe for many years and have always had good meals. The servers are efficient, professional, personable. Glad to see there is now a GF menu.

I'm coming from an area where there's actually pretty good Asian cuisine, especially Southeast Asian, thus the 3/5. For COS this place is probably 4/5. Pros: Place is clean, lots of space for a larger group, staff was attentive and polite. Food came out exactly as ordered very quick but flavors were mediocre and not as complex as I was hoping.

The food was good and portions were large, but the prices were high for what you got (not very authentic) and the wait staff was a bit grumpy (we did come in an hour before closing time).

Exceptional Vietnamese food. Egg rolls were incredibly fresh and tasty. Had the beef pho with brisket which was very refreshing and a enjoyable meal on the cold winters night. Service was also great, would recommend ?

I had their specialty a noodle bowlMine was chicken. My friend had beef. Beautiful presentation and delicious. However waiter gave us check before we had even finished our meal. He asked to clear dishes before I finished. My girlfriend said no. As soon as she finished he again asked to clear dishes. The restaurant was not crowded nor was it late as we had come for lunch. You pay for parking here and I had trouble finding a spot. It won't be a spot I'll hurry back to.

Good food. Flavors well balanced and light on the stomach. Very fresh ingredients and fast service. Hot tea on a chilly day was very nice as well. Good wine list if you’re so inclined. Would highly recommend their noodle bowls, what a delight!

My family and I came here for lunch and we had high hopes for this place but it fell short. For the amount they charge for the food, you would think there would be some sort of welcoming ambiance/service. The servers barely said one word to us, only stopping by to take our order, deliver the food, and give us the check. The food was decent enough but I'll still be on the hunt for my go to Vietnamese place. The pho was good with a pretty flavorful broth, but the meat was cut too thick making it tougher. The spring rolls were probably the best thing we ordered. In the middle of my mom's meal, she found a hair tangled in with her food. When I brought this to the attention of one of the staff members, she questioned if it was an herb and checked with another staff member. The other lady who came back seemed skeptical, studying the hair, and asking about the color of it, finally apologizing in the end, and telling us the kitchen was closed. She did not offer any other options to rectify the situation. I asked if she could adjust the bill for this particular dish since it would not be eaten but she said she could not. We were given a flan to take home instead, however, none of us eat sweets.

We won't be back. My daughter and I stopped in for the first time on 11/30. After we were seated, the waiter, a sullen, hostile man of about 45-50, stared at us angrily from his bar stool. He reluctantly approached our table, staring daggers at us the whole time-not the trace of a smile or greeting. After taking our order, he returned with a bowl of sauce and dropped it noisily onto our table. Although he checked on tables adjacent to us regularly, he completely ignored us throughout the meal. I tipped my waitress 30% at a breakfast restaurant this morning. I would have completely stiffed this horrible man, but I left 15% purely out of mercy for the bus girl, who was more pleasant. No idea what his problem was, but thanks to his extremely belligerent manner, we will not waste our time and money at Saigon Cafe again.

Best Vietnamese food in Colorado BY FAR! Staff is always very nice and they really care about the experience you have. Food is amazing and fresh! If you haven't been here you are missing out.
