Unsure if their reviews are fake or not but after walking in I should have just walked out. This place was warm and musty inside. No A.C at all smelly.The sandwich we got was not fresh whatsoever as can be shown in the picture. There was 2 hairs on our sandwich. My wife was so upset we just threw it in the garbage outside. No care of quality here.
A friend of mine, who grew up in Security Widefield, told me about this place a year ago, which is when I tried them. The subs are fantastic and the service is always friendly. I don't go anywhere else now when I'm craving a sub. It has apparently been a staple here for generations of families and I see why. Highly recommend.
They used to be really good but recently not. Got a sandwich with barely any lettuce, a tiny line of mustard, no Mayo on the sandwich but given packets? And asked for oil and vinegar on the side and got some weird Italian dressing. Didn’t see/taste any salt/pepper/oregano. Very disappointed, won’t be returning.
One great sandwich at a reasonable price. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and the food is great, what more could you ask for.
FINALLY......FINALLY FOUND A SUB SHOP THAT SLAPS HARDER THAN MY MOTHER. I'll will be driving all the way across town from now on to get some subs from this place. Truly amazing.
Sandwich was fresh and tasty but they FORGOT MY GUAC which is a sin! Menu has many many options. Love the small town feel and supporting a small business. Would eat here again over any sub chain, yum!
Beats the heck out of Subway! S S Subs actually puts meat in their sandwiches! Try them! You'll be glad you did!
Local small eatery that serves scrumptious hot and cold subs.They have some of the best potato salad I've eaten. Staff is consistent and friendly every visit I've had. Keep up the good food S.S.Subs!
Love this place . I wish I didn't have to drive to widefield to eat there. But I will continue to until they bring one back to the springs
Still one of the best sandwich shops left and only one left in co springs as far as I know still great hot amd cold sandwiches
