I had picked up our order tonight around 7:30, I called in the order originally over the phone what I asked for was not given to me correctly. Not only was my food not ready when I got there at the expected time I was told to come. But as I was waiting for our food to be ready the younger guy dropped an entire pizza from the pizza slice case... and didn't pick it up the whole time I sat there waiting patiently. Which really bothered me, sanitary wise. He then asked me what the slices were that I ordered. He was the same guy I ordered with over the phone..... so I'm not sure if he ever wrote it down? But I originally asked for the 2 slice he'll deal. One four cheese white sauce slice with bacon and artichoke hearts and the other a plain pepperoni slice. I'm not sure if he had to remake a pizza or not to get my slices together since he dropped the one but the order he gave me was wrong, it was two pepperoni slices thrown together sloppy with bacon and artichoke. I didn't get my free fountain Drink which comes with the hell deals written on their board in the front.... By the time everything was put together I felt pretty uneasy about eating my food, and honestly I wish I would have just walked out. I didn't see a new pizza made.... I saw one on the ground the whole time I was there not picked up..... my order was wrong..... I didn't get my free drink with my two slices.... Everything about this didn't sit well with me that I came home explained to my husband what happened. My husband was super upset as this was a regular spot for us for the last 6 years but my husband doesn't even want to eat the food we got tonight or go here again due to the experience..... I paid $34 to just toss the food I didn't ask for and that I'm not confident was done sanitary.... Very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend going here. We have always had a good experience with the manager, but the younger people hired as pizza makers are really a hit or miss and tonight was a very bad experience.

First time at this location and I wish I would have gotten their names but there were two employees there the taller older one was very rude off the bat and then just walked in the back and never came back to the front. The younger one was fine. Also got home and the pizza looked like this. The location in manito springs is rock solid. I won’t be back to this one though. Work on customer service skills.
4/19/2022 Grumpy counter attendant. He was terse, at best. I ordered a 'Slice and a Pint'. Beer taps were broken. So settled for a can. I had to request a glass from the same grumpy attendant, and the glass he presented to me was FILTHY. When I pointed out the glass (couldn't even see through it - not kidding), he apologized and blamed whoever washed the dishes last. That glass was a biohazard, was disgusting, and simply could not be overlooked. It should never have been brought to a customer. The female employee there washed a glass and brought it to me - dripping wet. I dried it off with napkins. But at least she tried, and she brought me a coaster. The slice of pizza was ok, but nothing special. My son and I came here pretty frequently after they first opened. But it has completely lost its edge. I understand being short on staff. But your customers have limits to what they will tolerate. I won't be back; there are just too many better choices. To the owner: please prioritize cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.

So my wife and I are newly weds, first time in Colorado Springs, visiting from Texas for our Honeymoon. A lot of our trip is pre-booked but we stopped in this place after some quick last minute shopping to grab a quick bite to eat.The customer in front of us was very unhappy and glad to let us know. He basically reccomended we not eat there, and suggested the service and quality was poor... he also let slip that this was his second or third visit, which made me wonder why he kept coming back.So we ordered a whole pie. The two men working(sorry guys, didn't catch your names) where friendly, down to earth, and built us a half and half specialty pie that fit both me and my wife perfectly. I got the Hellfire, and she got the Mac n Cheese pizza.I sat down, was told there would be about a 20 minute wait upfront, and I told him it was fine. About 15 minutes later, and these two men had made and served 2 or 3 others pies that came before me, and mine was in the over.Okay, moment we've all been waiting for, how was it? Well, we got to the hotel, still scared from our earlier encounter with the unhappy guy who kept coming back, we opened the box to find a nice New York, or perhaps Brooklyn style pizza (remember, I'm from Texas, we aren't exactly known for pizza). It smelled good. It looked nice, still fresh after the short ride to our hotel. We both take a cautious bite and then, we look at each other and smile as we chew. It tasted good, too, was our shared conclusion.All in all, I can't say this is the number one pizza joint in colorado springs, as I haven't tried others, and I'm sure there's a real expensive place out there with some mind blowing ingredients, BUT, this place was great at a great price and anyone who has written a bad review either must have waited too long, and that ruins ANY pizza, trust me. Or perhaps they where not blessed with the staff we happened to meet tonight. Again, great work guys, be proud of that pie, and if I'm ever in town and hungry for pizza again, I will stop in with you guys first. God Bless ya'll from Texas.
Every couple months, my wife and I drive to this location from the far northeast side of Colorado Springs. It is always worth the drive. Our favorites are the 4 cheese slices but we have also tried various other slices over the past few years. This last trip was no exception. Great service and even better pizza! We also treated ourselves to some cinnamon sugar knots for dessert, and would highly recommend them for a sweet fix! Kyle and David were working but also took time to ask how we liked our meal. On our way out, David gave us a couple extra cinnamon sugar knots to go, as they were about to close.
We ordered online and they got 2 out of 8 items correct. 4 if you count the substitutions we accepted. But gosh, this whole experience was a travesty. Check out the pic of the lettuce in the salad. I ordered Caeser salad and got a House salad to start. Then the lettuce was not just brown... But literally turning to that gross liquid before completely rotting.
Fantastic pizza! Great staff and amazing food, 5 stars.
