I have been there only a couple of times as I come from out of town, however every bowl I have tried has been a magical experience! in Christmas I had their ghristmas themed ramen bowl and it was amazing, and recently I went back and got a pork belly bowl which was also really good. They also switch up the drink and food menu to match a theme every month so each time is a new experience 10/10 would definitely recommend this place.

Kind but slow service; terrible bowl of ramen.I came on a Sunday at 1330. The pork and broth were not fresh. They tasted like they came out of the fridge and reheated. The noodles were decent.Sorry to say the following because my waiter was enthusiastic and kind, but my rating is based on food: I am never coming back. Stay away.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for a place because it’s just not the type of person I am but I’d really hate for someone to waste their money here like I did. There’s nothing more disappointing than spending money on something that’s not good so if I can prevent that from happening it’s worth it.I didn’t read the reviews before going and now that I’m posting this one I see I’m not alone in these feelings. I barely ate any of my ramen because I genuinely couldn’t do it. I got the pork belly and it was $18 and had very little flavor, the pork belly was tough and the noodles were mushy and clumped together(see picture) My boyfriend got the rippin rooster and I tried his also, his noodles were the same consistency but his did have more flavor. Overall our bill was $50 and we left hungry and had to buy food elsewhere.

Overpriced for what is offered. To start. Chicken karaage ($11) they offer is basically overpriced orange chicken from Panda Express. See picture for comparison with one I just googled.. Wasn't good.I ordered the Pork Belly Ramen ($18) -- disappointed.Non-marinated and plain boiled eggs, and fried pork belly when I was expecting chashu.Giving it two stars because maybe in the past it was 1:1 with an authentic Japanese restaurant -- but maybe someone complained about it so they changed it to become what they are now.Maybe if the owner gave more money to the chef instead of purchasing art, the food wouldn't be so average.. Oh well.If you've had authentic ramen in your life you will be disappointed. Save yourself some trouble and just go get a burger or something. But if you REEAAAALY want ramen this place is much better than Tokyo Joe's (they use udon noodles and weird stuff for their ramen and that in itself is sacrilege).

They sent approx 12 oz of broth to be split between two soups and neglected to tell me that they ran out of chicken. When asked if maybe I was sent the wrong order, they replied, how they “resourcefully” used breaded chicken as a replacement (without my consent or knowledge). I had to find out when I got home with the entree. That’s very bad business.

I posted a fantastic review for this restaurant the first time I ate there. I’ve been back three times since then and every time has been worse than the last. Constantly running out of ingredients, no flavor, no consistency, an absolute shame. I actually brought friends with me on two of the occasions and had to apologize for wasting their time and money. If my review in any way persuaded you to try this place, I’m truly sorry.

I got the chicken pot stickers and the pork belly ramen. The pot stickers were amazing. The pork belly was aight. The miso broth was kinda bland. The pork belly was juicy but was lacking seasoning. All in all it was good, I just expected more from a place called the HOUSE of ramen.

I’ve been coming here for years now and I try to sample each new menu when my schedule permits. Tonight (2/9/22) was fantastic! The new renovations really create a wonderful ambiance while the food just brings it home! Excellent culinary artwork at its finest!Drink: Ginseng Old Fashioned-Delicious and refreshing.Apps: Spicy edamame-Brings a nice heatChicken potstickers-Crispy on the outside and full of flavor on the insideMain: Steak and Eggs bowl-Delicious noodles in a tomato broth with just the right amount of heat in it. The Japanese omelette and steak were cooked to perfection. Just melts in your mouth!

Ramen was horrible, hardly any broth. Totally over priced. Not all items were available. Cooks don't stop talking when preparing the food. Took a while to get our order out. Server tried to take care of us, but cooks need to focus on quality food.

Terrible. Atmosphere is like that of someone’s unfinished basement. Maybe that’s the look they were going for but no thanks. Temperature was 34 degrees outside the day we went….inside was (maybe) 54 degrees. Then you get to sit on cold metal chairs to boot. Didn’t even get to the food…we left after waiter brought menus. Could’ve been Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen and I still wouldn’t have stayed. Don’t waste your time on this one.
