Beer was great, service was excellent. Will be back
Feels like this is a place that specializes in drinks and not so much the food. Had the sizzling steak and fries and asked for the steak to be done medium. The steak was so well done it was not even a little bit enjoyable and all they could offer was a free kids sundae for my daughter. Oh yeah and never order the calamari they cook it for way to long and is not pleasant to eat.
The food is average to above average, depending on what you order. Prices are fair, service is good, and everything is always clean. The beer selection is always great.
We ordered a lot of food. Drinks were good. I recommend a long island. $28 Steak was supposed to be medium but was pretty much well done so the 4 stars instead of 5, but it was still good. Everything else was great! Loved our server.
The service was mediocre, the beer was absolutely amazing, the food was OK going down, but I understand why ya'll call yourselves Rock Bottom now. Feels like my stomach has rocks in it and hurts like crazy. I dont think I'll be back unless it's for beer only. ?
Our waitress was good as well as the beers, but the new menu sucks. Not only is it so much smaller than it used to be, but nothing looked remotely good. I was looking forward to a French Dip and was super disappointed. Ended up just drinking a beer and going elsewhere for food.
Earlier in the week I had called and made a reservation for Saturday evening for a larger group. Upon arriving, the host said he had no reservation under my name. He was very rude and offered no solution or apology that my reservation wasn’t there. He also said it would be a very long wait to get seated in the regular dining area. I asked if we could fit in the open seating bar area and he said we could all fit in two booths.When we sat at the booths our waitress Riley, said we wouldn’t be able to fit. After explains our situation to her she spoke to the host and got a table put together for us. Riley was so kind as we really appreciated her help! Our waiter Michael was also great! He was very kind and attentive. My food was not the greatest unfortunately, the fires were so over cooked and very hard. A bit of a disappointing experience at Rock Bottom
I ate here last night with my family because we have been there a few times in the past and had good experiences. However last night was terrible the food was disgusting my nachos were cold my sons steak was so dry he couldn’t chew it not to mention it was charred. They changed their menu when u order the only steak on the menu for 28 dollars you can’t even have a salad as a side without paying an extra 5.50!!!! On top of this the service wasn’t good either. And this place is way over priced for what they’re serving. the only good thing here is the carrot cake!
The waiter was so nice, and the food was pretty good. I got the Mediterranean bowl with chicken that was pretty good but it had this spicy sauce and sesame seeds on it that seemed more like a Asian sauce than Mediterranean.
Was not a fan. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. When we did, the kids orders were wrong or missing things.I ordered the philly cheese steak. I'm not even from Philadelphia and I took offense to what they considered a Philly cheese steak.Beer was good and the staff was nice, but food is not good.
