We had the most incredible experience for my husband's birthday. Our window side table with the window open and a rabbit nibbling out our window. Our multi course dinner was 5 star Italian cuisine! Our server, Megan, was phenomenal. She's very knowledgeable of all the menu and has a wonderful personality. The restaurant and staff raise the bar for truly authentic food and atmosphere. We will be making this our new favorite go to for Italian cuisine. Thank you to all at Ristorante Del Lago
Sat in the grill area but was pretty disappointed. Waitress was kind of rude. Pasta was small and not very fresh tasting. Pizza was very good however so that was a positive. And the view/setting of the lake and mountains was fantastic. Overall mixed but ultimately disappointed for something I expected to be top notch. Would not go back
Ate here on vacation. Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. Laid back, yet elegant. Food was perfection. Our waitress was extremely helpful, patient with some Texans, and made our experience the best we had in Colorado! Sit in Jilissa’s table and you will love your experience!

Lovely sitting across the lake from the main building of the Broadmoor. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice bar area as well with table or bar seating. Excellent wine list, inventive cocktails as well as the standards and enticing menu. Don't miss the grilled octopus as an appetizer....Delish! And JO, a bar tender is terrific!
We had a great time here dining in early evening in the bar area looking out on the lake. Note that this is very popular so you need a reservation day(s) in advance for the dining room at dinner. Service and wine was great, wine prices were excellent (a few of the nicer ones by the glass are a steal for the quality), food was good for a resort restaurant. Charcuterie serving was modest for the price. Crudo tasted a little fishy. Read other reviews regarding mains. Overall would recommend doing exactly as we did, snacks and drinks with a view, but don't spend a fortune on the food.
This restaurant has plenty of ambiance. It's within the West Broadmoor section of the hotel. It's literally behind the main Broadmoor across the pond. The food is wonderful. We ordered a "side" salad which came out on a dinner plate full but it was outstanding. The main course was good. The bread was plentiful and delicious. Prices are elevated within the entire complex of the hotel restaruants but quality is there. Probably my favorite of the four restaurants within the complex. Make reservations or you will not get in.
We made a last minute reservation and glad we did. The lasagna was the right serving size and tasted amazing. My husband had the ravioli and was equally impressed. Kid options range from $8-10--pasta, grilled cheese, chicken fingers, pbj. Wishing we ate a little earlier so we could take advantage of the view but it was gorgeous at night.
Dinner for two overlooking the lake was magical experience. Service impeccable! The kale salad was delicious. We ordered their home made pasta; lamb pappardelle pasta and the ravioli. Both pasta dishes outstanding! The sommelier was great in helping us select an amazing bottle of white Italian wine - Vette San Leonardo. Our favorite restaurant at The Broadmoor,
By far the highlight for eateries of our weekend at the Broadmoor. Not necessarily a connoisseur of Italian wines, but we were quite happy with the sommelier‘s suggestion. Appetizers were amazing and dinner selections were phenomenal! Can’t say enough about this establishment!
