Amazing food and very clean inside, prices are fairly steep for certain items but they have a good range of affordable items that we were able to choose from. Only issue is the staff are soliciting from us 5 stars on the little surveys that are found on the electronic pay devices because apparently that's what the restaurant is using to determine scheduling of shifts. Not a good look at all. You might want to figure out a new system that doesn't promote them fighting for their hours by asking the customers for a review that could not be truthful in nature just because regardless of the service we don't want to see someone's livelihood hurt.

Food was much better than usual. Well seasoned, hot and delicious. It’s all been pretty bland and sad looking in the past but they must now have better cooks/chefs and/or management. Wait staff was awesome. Had the ultimate Feast and swapped out the fried shrimp for broiled scallops instead with no up-charge.
Service was absolutely horrible. Waiter kept using the excuse that heâs new and forgot several items, didnât bring out the first two courses of the 3 course meal someone had ordered, we had to ask for straws three times and still didnât bring enough for everyone, an extra order of shrimp scampi had to be asked for three times before we just gave up, and when we asked to order more drinks he assumed we wanted the same thing and didnât clarify who wanted the drinks and again assumed everyone wanted another. Terrible experience overall, couldnât even enjoy our meals since we were too busy waiting for our waiter to come back with the requested/ordered items n
It’s was my moms turn to pick and pay this weekend for our mother daughter weekly luncheon.She text me the night before that she wants to go to Red Lobster. I immediately craved their cheddar biscuits agreed and couldn’t wait to go. I asked my mom what brought up Red Lobster and she said: “I saw their commercial”.To be fair her and I both admitted we did not think it was going to be as good as it was… and we are both I agreeance that this has by far been our best meal out so far!We were so incredibly impressed with the service, the delicious meal, and the portion was perfect for us to share.My mom was very adamant that she would be “coming back”, also implied was, “next weekend”. (Not gonna happen kinda an unspoken rule - we eat somewhere different every weekend).The cheddar biscuits were good, not exactly as I remembered them but full of flavor and warm.We ordered a big and bigger margarita. They were delicious.We decided to share the Steak and Blackened Salmon with Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts.I am a HUGE fan of Brussels sprouts and these had to have been some of the best. They were so crisp and ever so slightly charred, the taste of the sauce used on them was such a great compliment.The Loaded Mashed Potatoes were also very tasty, another favorite of mine from our meal today.The Blackened Salmon was delicious, moist.The Steak was good. I’ll admit I liked it better with A1.We were stuffed after sharing this meal.But I could not resist their Vanilla Bean Cheesecake. My mom and I made an attempt at splitting one and couldn’t finish. It was also very good, and hit the spot.We were promptly greeted by a friendly young lady when we arrived. And our waiter DaShawn was prompt in greeting the table and checking in with us throughout our meal. He was friendly and personable, I quite enjoyed how he asked if we were out on a girls lunch or something along those lines, engaging himself with his customers. Food is always good and excellent serves.
Food was excellent and plenty. In fact, we had plenty of leftovers. Our waitress was cheerful and very knowledgeable about the menu, kudos, this is a big plus for us. We always have questions! Atmosphere was comfortable. We'll be back. We highly recommend this Red Lobster restaurant.
Went for endless shrimp. Food tasted great, service was even better! Teddy did an outstanding job and his service was an 11 out of 10! Highly satisfied with our dining experience and we'll be back soon!
On our most recent visit here, the food was very fresh & our waiter, Elliot, was amazing. The shrimp, crab legs, & lobster were melt in your mouth fresh. Not rubbery or chewy!!! Elliot was kind, attentive, prompt, & all around the type of server I wish there were more of.
There is no reason to sit 2 people at a booth for 6 but sit 4 people at a small booth. It definitely took away from the experience. The food was so bland and unseasoned. I really and truly feel like I wasted my money. On the flip side, the server was great and had a cheery disposition despite the atmosphere.
We went to Red Lobster last night because our grandson LOVES crab legs. He did enjoy them. That being said, we were really disappointed this time. Portion sizes are decreased drastically while prices are significantly higher. I get it! Prices are on the rise everywhere but this was obviously ridiculous. My Caesar salad was half the size. My baked potato was literally half the size of a normal baked potato. Sadly, we probably will not be back.
