I loved this place when I lived in College Station, TX & had forgot about it (15 years later). When I tried it again a couple days ago & dipped my chicken into their special sauce, I was instantly reminded & am so happy that I can have it again! Love it!
They way people rave about it I was expecting better. It's good, breading on chicken strips nice and crisp but nothing to special. I wasn't impressed with the cane sauce, you can't get any other dipping sauces so your stuck with it
Incredibly slow. 12 min for dine in while drive through line raced through. Employee told me their focus is drive through service. Should have stated that before taking our order. Food is good.
Any chicken place but here. You know, this place is just bad and getting worse. I've tried a few of their locations around Colorado Springs and it's just not worth it. The fries are always soggy and bad. The chicken keeps getting smaller and smaller and, frankly, tougher and tougher. It's just not good. I would never waste my money here again. I tend to get upset when I spend a lot of money on poor value and that's what I get from here.
Super fast, super fresh, super friendly and very nice! Everyone was smiling and looked as if they enjoyed their jobs. Thanks for the fresh food and smiles.
My daughters just go bonkers for this spot. Personally, I dont get it, but life is all about the chilrens, it takes a village n all that, ya know?
The customer service here is good, I make you feel welcome and the people do a good job. But the value you get for your money is poor. The chicken tenders aren't equal sizes so some might be half the size of what you're going to be expecting. You don't really get a whole lot for your money considering what they charge
Manger Makayla at the chapel hill location is absolutely amazing. 5 start customer service each time I’ve come in to the restaurant. My son has a lowered immune system and she has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. Always pleasant and smiling. Very very professional. She’s amazing.
Always a great place to eat some great chicken and would definitely recommend over KFC, Popeyes, or most other chicken joints. The staff has been very friendly on every visit my family has made and we love the vibe that they have set with the decor. My family enjoys both the sweet tea and the fresh lemonade and we have recommended Canes to everyone we know!!
Awesome food, fun atmosphere and the best part of all is the people!! Brad came out to our event today and did giveaways, certificates, and added a lot of value for the participants! Happy to eat here, happy to work with them and more than happy to recommend to anyone looking for a good community partner (with a great quality product!!).
