One of the worst experiences my wife and I have ever had for service. You look at our reviews, always give grace. Generally positive. We just stepped in for a Margherita. First. he did not listen to me I wanted frozen, he gave me on the rocks. Whatever there. But our service after that was literally sub zero. Nobody checked in, nobody cared at all about anything. It was AWFUL!! Just them waiting for the end if the night. After tonight. I willnot recommend them, I .... ever. ABYSMAL!
Came here about a month ago and they were closed at 8pm. Called tonight to place an order today, the lady who answered told me to call back in 15 minutes because they are super busy. I drove to the restaurant to place an order to go, waited 10 minutes without being greeted and she finally came over and said they are super busy so it would be 15 minutes before she can take my order. I asked “so you’re not going to take my order?” She said “no, sorry.” And walked away!!! Terrible service!!!
Used to be one of our favorite spots… terrible service now. Ended up leaving without eating after the waitress said she couldn’t take our order because “the kitchen was full”. Plenty of other good Mexican restaurants in the Springs… don’t waste your time here.
The pork chile verde is NOT good big ol chunks of meat and you could shred the meat up so you can chew it up...tomatoes were soft and nasty.Guacamole tasted funnyI spent over $40.00 and not worth more than $5.00. Better get it right. I'll never go there again!!
Amazing ? loved the food tastes amazing and the bean dip tastes homemade.
Street tacos were on point , tasted fresh and flavorful. The house margarita was small compared to other places but just as expensive and wasn't mixed very well, a small inconvenience on what otherwise was a solid experience, the waiting staff was on their game frequently checking in and providing good service.
Eli is such an amazing waiter and has also become a great friend. We truly enjoy coming here. Absolutely the best service out there. I highly recommend Pueblo Viejo. Food is Amazing!!
Friendly staff first off. Our server got me a cup of hot water so I could heat up my son's bottle. Very prompt with drinks and food. Plus, their food is always good!
Food is hot and staff is friendly. The menu has a very large selection too. The food also comes out to the table fast. Never had any complaints.
Awesome Mexican food and yummy margaritas. I found this place when I first moved to CO, my roommate and I went to several different Mexican restaurants in town but this one was both of our favorite. The prices are good and the atmosphere is great.
