This organization doesn't seem to care too much about customer convenience or comfort. Why should they when they don't care about the well-being of the employees that show up everyday to broken air-conditioning. Why make them work or us eat in temps soaring over 85 degrees. And they can only take cash because of some broken equipment and I found out about the broke. Freezer when I complained about the heat. Poor employees. Someone should go check on them. I won't b/c I'm Never going back. Appreciated employees love their jobs and you can taste it in the food.

I was High-Key craving a Popeyes Chicken Sandwich all week! Pulling up to the Popeyes my mouth legit started watering. The line was wrapped around the building, but it was definitely worth it! I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich’s and was super impressed with how fast the line went, how courteous the order takers were, and the quality of the sandwiches. I literally inhaled the first one! And was beyond stoked that they remembered to put in my side of pickles. I always stop in at this location and they come thru every single time! Soda machine is down at the moment ( at least that’s what I read on the sign posted on the outside menu) but it was no bother to me. So if you need that mouthwatering chicken sandwich, with speedy service, and a courteous staff stop by this location!?✌???
Went there for the first time today and ordered 3 spicy flounder fish sandwiches, one was supposed to be without pickles, and 3 large fries. The guy gives us our bag and it only had 2 sandwiches and a small box. Went into the store with everything and receipt only to get ATTITUDE because they got my order wrong. Well we get home and only one is spicy and the other two sandwiches were DRY. Will not be going back. Total waste of money.
Went here for 2 piece Tuesday... which doesn't exist anymore. Got 4 of the 2 pieces and a side of gravy/ Small. Came up to 18.00!!! Not only that but Thier cloned chicken don't even have much meat anymore and has more bones in it. This is about the 4th chance I've given Popeyes after loving it since I moved out here. But over the past year... I'm over it. Never again. The price and quality doesn't add up. Chicken had more greasy skin and more bones than chicken Oh and good luck getting what you want after 6:00pm. Most the time they'll say things like all we have is dark meat and green beans ? and they practically close whenever they want. I'll go to canes from now on.
I know some places are struggling getting basic supplies. But at some point, I have to ask, is this Popeyes even try? I don't know how many times I've gone through the drive threw for my lunch to find out they don't have fries, chicken, or fountain drinks. Sure, I can maybe understand this happening once or twice. But seems to happen a lot. But really, here's the one that just makes me question the leadership, they ran out of ice... I get machines break from time to time, but to not have ice and to be within walking distance of a couple of places that sell ice and still not have any is ridiculous. Hell, years and years ago a Burger King ran out of fountain drinks. You know what they did to solve that crisis? They went and purchased 2 liters... Hopefully this review will help the management come up with new ideas to fulfill the customer's.
This location has ruined all Popeye's chicken for me, and it is sad because I love Popeyes. I mean none of the locations in Colorado Springs are really good, but I lived in "the ghetto" and the one off circle and fountain was more professional. I placed an online order last night for an offer 5 pieces of BIC, 2 small sides, and 2 biscuits. That's it. Simple enough and I was craving the chicken. Get there and they say "we don't have any chicken." I had to look around like "where am I?" So I go well, you know, make some? They told me it would be half an hour. I could go buy a chicken, prep it, and fry it myself at that rate. So since I ordered online I was like "I guess I'll just go get refunded." It is such a disappointment and this place never fails in that department. The sad thing is I've made several formal complaints. Nothing will ever be done about this location. It is as if Popeye's corporation is absolutely fine with it and doesn't care if it makes them look awful. I guess if that is the standard I'm done. I didn't think the purpose of running a restaurant was to tell customers whatever would get them to go away and not spend money at the business, but hey, maybe they know something I don't.
My storage is full but I did take a picture because it was the prettiest fried chicken I've seen since I was frying chicken at Hardee's in Tampa over 20 years ago. It also had some of the biscuits I've had in a long time. I ordered delivery. Food was fast, all accounted for, delicious, and made my year - to date. You all did an amazing job!! Thank you!
I’m loving it. Popeyes or you can have it your way. Popeyes chicken. Popeyes biscuits. These are the things that I would leave my girlfriend for. I throw a biscuit at A line cooks head every time a piece of that greasy crispy seasoned chicken it’s my lips.Trying to make this review reach 200 characters.
I ordered a chicken sandwich today and someone shot half a bottle of mayonnaise onto it. I ordered this at 3:39pm on February 26. Disgusting. I had to throw it away.
We were visiting on vacation and wanted to try the Popeyes at this location. We ended up waiting 30 minutes in line because they were very busy and probably short staff but that's perfectly understandable. The staff is very friendly which was refreshing because where I'm from is very ratchet. We ordered a lot of food and unfortunately are chicken sandwiches weren't cooked all the way but besides that the rest of the food was very bomb.
