My kids love the nuggets but they can't eat the over cooked hard parts employees toss in and count as nuggets even though they anrt but fries are soggy every time I got them or their super old and hard and just get thrown away. Mac and cheese is thick but okay. The price is a bit high but everything is now a days.

The manager there was extremely helpful. Now what I explained my situation where I was going to order something they offered for $5 they don't even have in their restaurant yet shrimp tackle box and she helped me out a great deal she gave me popcorn chicken instead and she's a great manager with a discount. the company on the other hand needs to work on their stuff their advertising stuff that's not in the restaurant yet at least in that particular restaurant and they offered a $5 tackle box when ordered it they said the minimum was $10 not $5 the advertisement said. Big kudos to the manager at the Popeye's on the corner of Pikes Peak and Academy.
Attitudes have been getting worse here over time, but now they're charging 50 cents PER sauce packet?! And I don't think I've got napkins for my last 3 visits.Not sure what the problem is, but I guess I don't need to eat here no more!
9:10 at night they're telling everyone they only have a few things to serve. I ask why. She says "our cook station is broken down so we can leave on time"... They close at 10. I said that didn't make any sense, to which she replies "just go somewhere else, bro." This is the second time this has happened tonight while I'm trying to get a spicy chicken sandwich. Other restaurant had basically the same response. Unreal
That was the worst Popeyes experience I've ever had. The staff was bad. I had to ask for silverware, napkins and straws and as he brought back items one at a time I had to remind him each time he needed to be reminded of what items I had asked for. The chicken was gross. I'm not sure how they made it slimy. The only thing positive about the experience is the girl working the drive thru had a nice butt.
Food is good but waited 45 min for 4 meals...and I don’t understand why they are always running out of food!! Get more food cook more food! And look at my meal! I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal, they are out of all sides except red beans and rice, no biscuit wth! but let’s look at my chicken strips they are super small ?. We should’ve got 50% off because I feel 50% ripped off! This location needs a new manager.
Ordered beans and rice with our order, unfortunately rice was not cooked properly, we could NOT EAT it at all the rice was very hard.Now the chicken had to much flour trapped in the crevices and overall pieces making the chicken unflavorable for eating, care wasn't taken in the dusting off the excess flour.We ordered to go and when we got to our picnic we discovered that we only had ONE SPORK for the four of us.I don't understand why that's all they do to have an order be served to us in this condition. ?
Order two sandwiches & got told to wait 10 minutes! Waited for 20 minutes & no sign of anyone coming outside to deliver my order!...see bunch of teenagers hanging around the register & no one showing care for the orders! You got to order to a sandwich place to buy sandwiches,you got to the chicken restaurant you expected chicken be ready, specially if is fast food.Not ordering anything to this place no more!!??
First and last time i come here. Ordered 8pc family meal. I get home only to open it and it smells burnt, looks like the oil is super bad. Why would they even hand out order of chicken looking and smelling like this...
They didn't even give the sauces that were on the receipt. Fast food companies just trying to skim dollars by not giving the stuff they are supposed to, or workers are just incompetent. Nah mane... No straws napkins or sauce. Never again and a sheisty first experience. Companies... Go to robots quick before your workers sink you forever. I would fire anyone that couldn't make sauces and straws happen. For real. Food wasnt bad.
