Made a special trip to Popeyes on Fountain. Food is very good, service was quick...no problems...till I got home. Ordered LARGE mashed potatoes and gravy with my order. Only had one scoop of potatoes and very little gravy. Container was half empty. Their prices are already outrageous. Now getting ripped off with just half of what I paid for. Tried to call....no answer (of course not).

Went there tonight for dinner, use to be the best Popeyes in town. Not anymore! Placed my order online, went down to pick it up to be told the store was closed due to a water main break. Not toention if no water how can the employees sanitize!! Pulled the money from the order and never got my food. When I was inquiring about my options a very rude employee had the nerve to tell me that I was not important! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Take your money some place better.

This Popeyes is the absolute worst! The staff is never prepared for dinner rush. They are always out of most things we ask for. We have been sitting for 20 minutes, after we paid, waiting for our food. There are also 3 cars that got parked who ordered before we did. What in the world can you be doing hiring managers who do not manage their crew or know how to do a proper order?! I hope things improve, but I doubt it will.

So at 9:05pm this location is out of chicken sandwiches and all sides? I get that the employees are trying to go home at a reasonable time, but who decided that 9 was a good time to close up shop? Very weird. I recommend going to another location that actually operates within the hours posted for customers.

I've only been here 4 times. All 4 times, including last night they didn't have boneless chicken. Three times I waited in a drive thru line for over 30 minutes just to hear the employee tell me "just to let you know we only have bone - in chicken and mashed potatoes." I understand if it happens once, maybe twice. But every time? C'mon Man!

I am giving it 3 stars for the fact we ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich. It was not Crispy but soggy. This was the location on Circle Dr. In Colorado Springs.I give the store in Monument, CO. 5 stars because it was fresh and delicious. So good. So good we thought we would eat one again in the Springs. So disappointed with the circle Dr location.Food out is so expensive now I, would not recommend the location on circle dr.

Why were parts of my spicy chicken combo sweet? Why is the biscuit drier/harder than DFAC’s? Chicken has clearly been sitting there all day.Get your fried chicken fix elsewhere. This is the second time this location served disappointment.

The worst! Can’t get an order right to save they save their lives. How does “mash and gravy” sound like “macaroni and cheese”⁉️

Worst dinning experience possibly ever.Let's start with the loud continuous banging that was going on to the right of the counter, that sounded worse than jack hammering. (I had to walk to the other side of the store mid order and that was with ear plugs for my seizure disorder)Now lets move on to the Apple Genius running the register. This unshaven shrubbery of a human some how got every aspect of our order wrong except, that there was 12 pieces of chicken like substance. But even that was wrong as we ordered a 12 PCS Spicy Tenders meal deal that is supposed to come with 2 sides 6 biscuits. 6 sauces. So when my wife checks on me to make sure I am not going to go down with a seize, it crosses her mind that, no one ever asked what sides, or anything (even though they were mentioned, red beans and rice and cajun fries). So, she looks at the receipt which reads mild tender meal with double sides of mashed potatoes. (Neither of the sides we wanted)She decides to go back to the counter to try and rectify this, to be told that is what it comes with.Somewhere after I come up to help with the situation (I was a chef and kitchen manager most of my life) the person I guess is the shift lead manager on duty finally came over. They decide to tell us that is how it comes by default but that she will get us the sides we want.We also caught that the chicken was mild, before they boxed it.It took Mr. Yeti (sure he is probably a great guy, but should not be manning a counter in what rver state he was in), 3x just to get one sauce right, and another 2 for the other sauce. Seriously it took five different times back and forth with different variations of sauces. (Don't do drugs and f*ck with peoples food)We were told it would be fixed, and yet we still ended up with mild. This we did not find out until we got home. Being too hungry to drive all the way back to exchange it, we still ate it.This is pretty sad as this Popeye's is the closest one to our house and business.Good thing I can cook like a god.Honorable mention:I do want to mention that even though the order was wrong, the kitchen was on point.

I absolutely love this place, yes like any other place it has some bad qualities some they can fix others are not their control. The food is always good and hot. Service is pretty good one lady I try not to deal with, always rude.John part of the management is extremely strong in customer service and doing his best to make people happy.
