Husband waited 5 mins before being acknowledged on speaker, called me and asked me to call the store to see if they were open. While on phone, I heard the rep come on RUDE AF! Whoever owns this location needs to get their employees in check. Not good for business. In Fact, we will be traveling further from home to enjoy Popeyes from now on..
We’ve had good experiences here before but today was LAME. Ordered a large Red beans and rice, the container was half empty, it was mostly all rice and some dried up beans at the very bottom. Not fresh. And a waste of money if they can’t even fill the container. My husbands side was also half full and old tasting. Super disappointing this is my dinner
I rarely eat fast food- maybe 10 times a year- but did the drive-thru here twice this holiday weekend for late lunch. The spicy chicken sandwich was super tender, crunchy, hot and loaded up with pickles as I requested. It's by far, the best fast food I've ever had (sorry, Taco Bell). The bad news is I have a new food obsession that maybe isn't the healthiest, but hey, moderation... The same young manager served me both times with a positive attitude despite being short-staffed. Give the man a raise!
I ordered online through their website. I ordered a 4 pieces mild chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, and red beans and rice with a drink. My husband picked the order up for me and when he got home it was a completely different order. Three spicey chicken with coleslaw. My husband called and nothing got resolved over the phone. I drove 15 minutes to get the correct $20 order I had already payed for. I arrived to the store and asked for the manager. He tells me that he doesn’t see the order and that he cannot do anything about it. I tried showing him the order confirmation with the correct address, date, my order, everything and he wouldn’t even look at it. Refused to just give me the correct order because it’s out of his hands. I manage a restaurant myself and would have never reacted or responded in the manor that “manager” did. I’ve had similar experiences with this Popeyes where they run out of something, say nothing, and then I drive back and then they say they’re out. Poor management, poor customer service. I will gladly never eat from a Popeyes again.
20 min wait as the second person in line next to order. Not to account for the time spent just waiting to get to speaker box. Most menu item I asked for were currently unavailable. I wind up ordering spicy tenders didn’t get spicy with my red beans and rice. As chargerd and upcharged $1.00 for ordering Mac and cheese and an extra side. Y’all have lost my business completely between Covid-19 y’alls change shortages and over charging ppl.
They never have anything. Every time I go they out of shrimp, fries, chicken or whatever. It looks dirty as well. I been once and had a decent experience besides that I’m always leaving irritated lol
I really enjoy the Popeye's chain. The food is normally very tasty. However, this one is in a gas station and it always feels dirty and unkept to me. We've had some good and bad experiences here. It started out good but the last couple times left a lot to be desired. We hadn't been for a while based upon those experiences. We will try again and hopefully it will be better next time.
My man went inside to order but there was a sign that said drive thru only. He went in the drive thru line, waited 15 minutes, got to the order menu and there was a sign that said cash only. Then someone said they were closed... at 6:30pm!? With a line of cars and you finally say you are closed with no explanation?! They are supposed to be open till 9:30pm...
Several teenagers working last night pretended not to speak English when I tried to order, and when I got to the window I could see them laughing and pushing each other, seemingly arguing over who had to talk to me. When someone did finally come to the window, he told me they were closed. It was 8pm, their open sign was on, their window said open until 10, and the website said they were open until 9:30.
For a Popeyes in a Shell... Not too bad! Service can be slow at times, but the staff can be pretty busy so they do their best. Food is always fresh and hot. Glad they are on this end of town!
