HORRIBLE to-go experience!!! Completely left out one order, got another wrong. When we went back to get it fixed, we were told “all the food is already covered up, I don’t want to do that to everyone here”. Ok- then refund us the poke bowl you didn’t make. “Oh, we’re already closed. I can’t do that.” Why am I, the customer, punished for THEIR incompetence??? I’ve enjoyed their poke bowls in the past, but we will NEVER patronize this place again!!!!!! This is how you die as a SERVICE industry business!! Would give a zero star if I could!
I have no problem waiting for my food. I get that it takes time, but what I received was so disappointing, I don't think I'll be back there.I got the 1/2 poke 1/2 ramen special which I had gotten many times in the past. When I opened the ramen & had a lone piece of pork in the container and a small amount of noodles, I was shocked. Before this order I always had 3 pieces & a good amount of noodles, but this serving let me down hard. Their flavors are great, customer service is non-existant, but I think the cost of food has caused this and it just turned me away from them. They were great, but now they're just ok.
We are from the east coast and we’re always spoiled with super delicious ramen when we lived out there. Pikes Pine Bowl is the closest we have found to our favorite ramen place back home! Absolutely delicious!
First time and I’m never going back there. I was not able to eat. been waiting for more than an hr. my friends are done eating and I haven’t gotten my food yet. I already asked for refund because Im starving to death waiting for my food. the girl still asking me if i still want the food. Ofcourse i want the food but I already ask for refund. Please be considerate to the customer. Dont ask them if they still want the food. Just give it to them! I’ve been waiting for more than an hr . not going back there anymore. Ridiculously stupid. I was there today.
Your professionalism, genuine kindness and bluntness at times when I needed to face reality are what made me progress. I invested $ 550 with Miss Allen martha, and got $ 7200 in a week. I only wish I had known about her earlier from the first moment I decided to trade. Nevertheless, I am grateful!
Food was good, but it took forever to place my order and they place was practically empty. Me and 2 other guys stood there forever while employees walked back and forth like we were invisible
I always come here whenever I’m in Colorado Springs. They never disappoint!Fried Musubi is *chefs kiss* and very filling. If I wasn’t so gluttonous, I would have been full. Pork belly teriyaki bao was good as well but nothing super exciting. The spicy grilled pork belly bowl was massive in portion and had a good balance of favors. I love this place and obviously, I’ll be back.
This place has NEVER been bad. I live down in Fountain Colorado and I will drive all the way up to this location for Poke and Ramen. The owner is super nice and will go out of her way just to have a conversation. The attention to detail, the new staff is so caring and nice. Awesome place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING THE TONKOTSU RAMEN.
The place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! It’s a new favorite!
Food was really good, better then we expected when walking in. Staff was very friendly as well, we will be back!
