Bad customer service and the food is not very good and over priced. $15 for “shrimp fried rice”.. or plain dry rice with 5 pieces of shrimp on top. I recommend you try another place, they really do not value customers in this restaurant.Edit- in response to the lovely owner: Good service is not having to fight with your hostess or whatever she is there just for you to exchange the food or give me my money back ($2 was “refunded”, thanks) when I wasn’t even being rude to her. You have several reviews stating that you have bad customer service but I wanted to give you guys a chance but after this experience, It shows that you guys do not care about making customers happy. Even McDonald’s has better customer service.
This restaurant has decent pho and selection! It's not top notch and the food itself does not have that to much flavor. This place has 1 size of pho, doesn't give a crap about the environment and uses single use plastic for everything from bowl to spoon to Styrofoam cups, and has flavorless pho. this place blows.
They have the best pho! From the broth to the rice noodles it is absolutely delicious. They also have the best to go packaging. It comes with a bowl and a separate container for the broth. I drive at least 15 minutes to go pick it up and it is worth it every time!
The service was really fast even if the lady at the register wasn't that nice.The pho was hot and tasty, the meat was a little hard and leathery. I liked how I was able to add the different veggies and sauces as I wanted. A little pricey but it was good, if you want something fast and tasty I recommend coming here.
This place is pho real. Pho nominal. Went in late close to closing time (sorry) but the service was still great. Wonderful staff, clean atmosphere, even peeked into the kitchen and it looked good from afar. Food was delicious and I'm glad because I was super hungry. Highly recommend!
This was a Uber eats order I got while visiting Colorado springs. I got the combination pho with wontons and spring rolls... Let me tell you how delicious this entire meal was! I couldn't even get a picture of the wontons cuz I ate them before I realized what was happening and the pho had every bit of somebody's love cooked into it cuz this is the best bowl I've had since being overseas.They also didn't forget anything that I ordered, they included all the condiments, plus all my utensils were included. Even the broth was separately wrapped and sealed up so it wouldn't spill or get anything else in the bag messy, overall delivery was superb.If you don't like this restaurant's food, I will fight you AND I will win because I've been blessed with super powers from this incredible meal
Pho Buddy is our go-to mom and poo place for noodle soup, we frequent this venue at least once a week!The food is always excellent, prepared quickly, and moderately priced. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves Pho ?
This is a family own restaurant so they pretty much do whatever they want with little concern for actually pleasing customers or even being the slightest bit helpful. These people are rude and are only concerned with making money. There are plenty of other pho places around that actually care about good service so will never be coming back here again or recommending to anybody ever.
This is a really bad place please people don’t go and eat here. I just spend over $60 on 3 combination soups besides not having tripe and tendon two of my soups had a hair on them and when I called to see what they were going to do about it there respond was that customers should check there food before leaving like really is to go and we’re going to sit there and check to see if food doesn’t have hair maybe they should be more careful 3 soups going to trash and no refund back this is so ridiculous.
