Awesome food! I ate here about a year ago and the food was average but I went in get a boba tea today and was greeted by a new owner! We chatted for a bit and I eventually decided to order some pho (I ordered the P2) and it was excellent! It went from being a 5/10 to being a 10/10! The new owner (I think she said her name is Tavi) is a personable and pleasant woman who makes eating there a welcoming experience.
Easily the best pho I've had in Colorado. Super flavorful broth with several types of broth/noodles to choose from. It doesn't even really need hoisin or rooster sauce, which I usually use liberally at other pho restaurants. The bowls are modestly sized compared to some of the large options at other places, but they are generous with their meat and vegetable portions. It really feels like a whole, deeply-satisfying meal, instead of just a bowl of noodles and bland broth. Also, this place is clearly family-run, and that's a good thing. This tastes like the kind of pho you'd get if you were overseas visiting your Vietnamese grandmother. Authentic AF. Definitely my new regular pho spot.
Just ate here and it was amazing! I called to place a togo order but the phone wasn't getting through to the other end. I live really close so I figured I would just drive by and place my order I person. The place looks its been remodeled and I had the privilege of meeting the new owner. She was really nice and the service was quick.
After a remodel and new management it is back to normal hours and though there were major changes the food hasn't changed. The flavors are still as delicious and the quality is just a good. Service is fast. So happy that I can enjoy my delicious Pho Hai San.
Been here a few times but this time I'm not sure if I came on a bad day but the pho had so much grease in it. Used to more of a clear broth. Ordered some tendon in my pho never found a piece along with a heavy hand of red pepper flakes which ive never seen in pho.the pho some how tasted a little like tomato And my shrimp dumplings had no shrimp not even a sliver of shrimp probably won't be back after this experience. Especially after seeing what appeared to be homeless people coming from the kitchen.
The food was absolutely delicious. I had steak pho, pork dumplings, egg rolls, and a coconut Boba. All of it was top notch. Unbelievably delicious. The only thing wring with my experience were the loud individuals demanding more food.
I wish I could actually give a place 0 stars. I’ve been to many, MANY, pho places in many different states, but I have never tasted ANYTHING AS DISGUSTING as this place. The “broth” tasted like dishwater that had two week old meat sitting in it. The noodles were a solid clump that when you tried to break them apart, they crumbled to absolutely nothing. The “broth” had no green onions, or cilianto, or anything really. For whatever reason it has broccoli and carrots? I guess? The prices were also wrong. The menus state $11.95 for a chicken pho, they charged me $13.95 plus a $1 for water.I’ve never left a place before finishing my meal, but this disaster has left a rancid taste in my mouth for hours.Never come here! Support better businesses that care about their food and care about their guests. Shady businesses like this deserve to fail, especially when they ride on the coattails of their past reviews.
Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a worse pho restaurant in my life. I have no idea how this rated so high. The broth tastes like watered down beef broth made from a Walmart bouillon cube. There’s supposed to be noodles but they were so bad they were practically falling apart in the “broth.”The bean sprouts given to use were practically rotting as they felt like mush and gave off a rancid smell.Oh yeah, and they charged for water? I mean? Sure I guess. But they’re prices are also wrongly posted, and this place refuses to acknowledge it. One chicken pho and 1 steak pho are supposed to be $11.95 per bowl. In actuality, they are $13.95.I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, even people I hate deserve better than this.
Don’t order takeout from this restaurant. They gave me an attitude and told me that I can only order pho in the restaurant because ordering takeout will too greatly effect their “100 bowls of pho” rule. Makes sense right. The customers that were eating inside did not look like they were enjoying their food and the employees were all giving me dirty looks for coming in to order food.
Worst pho place everWent to this location because everything else was closed that normally go to regret it so much. The food was not pho at all clumped together noodles no green onions there was carrots and broccoli in it.I couldn't finish my food and neither could my friend. The menu price was wrong also said 11.95 but was charged 13.95 along with water.Don't go here and don't order takeout not a pho place.
