Gave this place 2 stars because the egg rolls and Thai tea were really good but that’s about it.. Came here with my family and there was no one to seat us when we walked in. We started walking around to try and find someone who eventually sat us at the table. They should have a sign that says walk to the back by the bar to be seated or something.. We all ordered different items which were not the best. We ordered combination fried rice, pho soup, and got a noodle bowl with fish sauce. They were all very plain with little to no flavor. The drinks were also expensive with no refills not even on soda. Waiter was nice until the bill came and when asked to split it she rolled her eyes.. There were 4 of us total and we spent $126 all together which is ridiculous. Overall not a good experience and we will not be coming back.
I highly recommend eating here . I had the rare steak pho and it was delicious.
Bad service specifically said they’re opening hours is 11-8 had me waiting a whole hour Terrible! ? Hair in food ?
pho & grill is the first place I tried pho and to be honest they set the bar too high everytime I try another pho place I wish it was theirs instead
Maybe, a 5 if they were honest or like taking money but, if I didn't understand when I am given the all you can eat & nothing more & explain that I am willing to pay more like the white people across me why fight it take 5 times pushing a button, argument, and 30 mins later just to pay.. Do you not like money or you assume a white person has more money ?
Super fun experience. I have never done a hot pot before and it was so good and actually fun! All you can eat too! Will definitely be back
The food here is amazing as is the staff. I would recommend for those who have never experienced pho or a hot pot. and of course those who enjoy the food
After trying this place I can honestly say the food was very disappointing. My pho bowl was mostly just the soup as all the other items were pretty much nonexistent and the meat on the rice plate was like rubber. If you’re a lover of Pho like I am, save your money and take your business over to Pho-nominal off Powers and Stetson Hills Blvd! This place is amazing, the food and price is worth it, you will not be disappointed.
The Pho was really good and the portion size was huge. The Thai milk tea with boba was also really good. The reason for the 3 is they aren’t super kid friendly. They do not have a kids menu or a kids portion size of food. They also only have glass wear and no plastic or styrofoam cups for kids. Their drinks are also really expensive and do not offer refills expect for water. It’s almost $5 for a soft drink which is just a can of soda.
Great pho!
