By far the best reasonably priced quick Asian food! The kind young lady who always greets me and takes my order suggested I sign up for their rewards program and she saved me and my coworkers $ on our lunches today! Thank you for the savings, consistently good food and clean eating area.

When I went in and took our meals to go the service was great the meal was great. When we have it delivered they had the whole bottom of my delivery container of my food up to about an inch all around with smothered in soy sauce. I prefer going in person now than having it delivered.

I originally called and asked if it’s spicy or white people spicy. I was told it was actually spicy. So I ordered through door dash for delivery. It didn’t give an option for no carrots. (Im allergic) I called the restaurant. Brittany (sp? Sorry girl) said no problem! Door dash doesn’t label all ingredients. So beware of using them. No carrots were had but it did have bean sprouts which door dash doesn’t label as an ingredient. Again, allergic to bean sprouts. Screw door dash at this point. Called the restaurant and got Brittany again. They remade my food due to door dash NOT labeling all Ingredients. This place is friendly and super amazing!! Will always be ordering from them.

3 identical orders. Got the wrong rice. Rice is pretty skimpy. Used to fill up the bowl. Food taste blander than it used to. Chicken tastes old like it was made 2 days ago. Not enough rice leads to soggy vegetables. Why does everything taste sweet when I order extra spicy? What's going on? I'll go to Wrong Chen down the road next time.

First time customer and I ordered the firecracker chicken. And it was some of the best chicken I've had. It was so freaking good I wanted to order another round. Definitely will be going back.

Continually changing to new items which is nice but it is a solid delicious wonderful option as the small Chinese restaurants raise their prices through the stratosphere this becomes a great value high meat content in most meals

What happened to this place?!Geez. We went the other night and to start off the girl at the counter couldn’t figure anything out. She kept saying to scan something on the app but there wasn’t anything to scan so I we just ordered and walked away.First thing I noticed when we got out food the “Edamame” was weird. There was literally 4 edamame pods and the rest snap peas. Whatever, easy fix even though edamame and snap peas look totally different. Then the actual food (I got kung Pao shrimp/ he got Mongolian steak) was under cooked. The shrimp was cold and it even looked disgusting and his steaks was so uncooked it was bloody/pink/cold. At that point we just left.We use to eat Pei Wei a lot so I’m not sure if they’ve gone downhill after covid or what but basic things like making sure the order is cooked and making sure you’re serving the right food isn’t much to ask.

What a huge disappointment! Our family of 6 visited here because we had a gift card. The food was awful! We ordered the crab wontons for an appetizer and the crab meat tasted like it was stale and going bad. I ordered the “new” menu item Thai green curry and it came with a very thick, bland “sauce/coating” which was not like ordering curry! The Dan Dan noodle dish that my husband ordered smelled like wet dog and tasted horrible. My son’s orange chicken tasted okay but the portion was very small. My daughter ordered the firecracker chicken and she said it tasted dry and not flavorful. The 2 kids meals my youngest ordered were “okay”. The fried rice with the one dish tasted pretty bad—probably the worst fried rice I’ve ever tasted. Next time we will go to Panda Express because it is so much better than Pei Wei. Yes, this is fast food but it doesn’t have to be nasty fast food.

The manager, Molly, was very helpful. She listened to me and asked follow up questions. Pei Wei Asian kitchen has been my family‘s favorite restaurant for 23 years (since it was new). We have seen employees come and go during this time and Molly is most certainly a manager to keep and to represent Pei Wei to its returning customers and to the public.I had an unfortunate allergy reaction because a meal had been combined with food I cannot have. She listened and was kind as well as professional. I appreciated the time she gave to listen. Thank you. During a time when dining out has become much less frequent, the quality of dining experiences has become much more valued. My family will continue to enjoy Pei Asian kitchen when we decide where to eat, which is saying a lot because dining out, for my family as with many others, has decreased dramatically.

Absolutely delicious! Best food for take out for my money! That Mongolian beef is killer!! And the garlic green beans, yum! Plenty of gluten friendly options!! Quick service, hot and fresh meal!!
