If you want to go here to work on something while enjoying some coffee or food…don’t. I just left because the manager was openly talking to his employee of how tired he was that people came in and “abused” his store. He mentioned he blanked off all the power outlets. It’s true. There are hardly any. Goes to show they only care about getting people in and out and than letting people enjoy the experience.

Not sure why I keep giving this place a second chance. They sure as heck don’t deserve it. Asian sesame salad with chicken. Had no chicken so I sent it back. They were apologetic snd threw in 3 chunks of chicken. Also no almonds nuts or sesame but I gave up. This place is nearby but I will not be coming back which is a shame. They have gone so downhill last few years and there are lots of other options nearby. Sorry Panera but it’s a 0 from me.
I used to lunch often at Panera, but sadly their quality and menu selection has not kept up with the times. Not a bad option to grab a quick bite in a hurry, but there are much better options for a quick lunch, at least for us. Also, their rewards program is very mediocre
We had never been to Panera but seen the commercials on tv and wanted to try it. We alway purchase the broccoli cheese soup at the Supper Market and it's great. We ordered the Duo/pizza and asked if we could get ranch instead of green goddess dressing (don't like it). We were told yes. Ask for two cups of broccoli cheese soup. Charged for two bowls. Instead of telling use it would be cheaper to get two duo's instead of one duo and one other salad and soup along with two medium drinks. Not being there before it cost us $58.00. I was disappointed in the lack of infomation and not getting the ranch (didn't have ranch) and cups instead of bowls of soup. I did inquire what was the price of the duo they said $18.00. First impressions are important we won't go back. Thank you.
John at the front was super friendly taking my order! The environment was clean and spacious with plenty of private seating options. I only got a latte, but it was delicious!
Tried out the group ordering for lunch for a bridal party. Worked out great. Everyone got what they wanted and our order was correct. I was impressed. Great experience.
I ordered 2 orders of soup and they both came out cold. When I informed the gentleman with glasses he instructed me to take it to the microwave and heat it up there. Are you kidding me?! You give me cold soup and your direction is to “use the microwave over there”. Beyond unacceptable
Came in yesterday dying of thirst so I just wanted a drink to be fair I ordered a large drink (which I honestly didn’t want) and then asked her if I could just purchase 2 additional regular sized cups for water they ended charging 14.04 for 3 cups that I literally filled with nasty tasting tap water if they had bottled waters that would have been a better solution but I didn’t see any and she didn’t offer. Then she gave me the incorrect change which required a manager and they seemed more annoyed that they had to come help then to even ask why on earth 3 other people were able to order whole meals before I could pay for over priced waters. I know this is more of a one of situation and overall I don’t have an issue with Panera I just was beyond disappointed by the lack of customer service and the silliness of the situation I have never had any company charge me full price for a cup intended for water I had a long drive home and the mini one would not cut it. The filters or something needs to be changed because the water is still sitting here because it was too nasty to drink for $14 I could’ve bought 2 cases of water what a waste it’s things like this that would literally make me avoid this location in the future
Ordered a chef's spicy chicken sandwich. Was unable to finish it. Cost 12 bucks for a hard to chew chicken and that was litery all in the sandwich. A bun with chicken in it. No veggies, no nothing. Complete rip off. Save your money and go to chick FIL a.
Food wasn't even warm..not sure what happened. Some management guy talked as if he temped it moments before. It came back warmer but it wasn't good enough overall to write home about! 1st time there.My accompainent told me other locations were better. I don't care to try it again!
