Lately dark roast coffee is empty and I have to tell an Associate.Last two times there was no 1/2 & 1/2 and was told we only have these plasic cups. Today I was told we dont have even those....Why cant someone go to the store and buy some if your orders are not coming in?Customer Service? I dont think so.Think I will cancel my membership

The service was good the people were friendly and helpful the food was a bit overpriced I suppose but it was good so it wasn't terrible wasn't a deal-breaker in by any means I mean it was a $13 salad but it was good I'll probably go there again the food was fresh so definitely was healthy is what I was looking for so I can't complain on that end all in all I had a good experience and I would recommend it to a friend
We went there at not such a busy time. The staff was nice, the food was really good, especially my salad since it’s never the same.
Pretty good food, with fresh bread and real butter, and very good pastries. Time to prepare can be quick or long, depending on how busy. Nice seating options: tables, booths, and spaces for groups. - Menu changes frustrate me though, when my favorite fancy meatless salads disappear.
Not worth the price. I had a $20 gift card and only got a pick two. Still didn't conver the delivery or driver's tip. The soup was OK. I also ordered it with a baguette and got potato chips and an apple instead. The 1/2 sandwich was really small and so was the soup. ?♀️
It is okay. Bread is good. Their macaroni and cheese sandwich is awful. Disgusting! I have no idea who created such sandwich? the place It is so dirty, they don't clean the tables. There is dust everywhere.
The employees are all very nice, but service does take a while. This location doesn't have the kiosks and they often only have one cashier open
visited for lunch with my wife and granddaughter. Panera Bread is one of the granddaughter's favorites and we've always the franchise in various locations. Alas, the lunch was not up to expectations. Not bad but not at the level we'd normally expect. Bread? excellent! staff? pleasant! but soup? served not above room temperature. Disappointing on a chilly day. Dropped my impression to "average"
Excellent chicken and wild rice soup plus baguette! Oh, and don't forget a kitchen sink cookie or pumpkin muffin, YUM! I'm sad the plum ginger tea is going away because it's been my favorite tea from anywhere I've been. Hopefully I'll find a new favorite.
Made my favorite sandwich with no fuss unlike the other Panera off Powers that refused to do so unless it was after 10:30 a.m. I am a morning person and do not like to wait until 10:30 to have my favorite sandwich.
