I haven't been in quite some time, but ordering a salad and a bowl looked like I had two salads but the amazing flavor of the separate dishes was phenomenal!
Came by to have dinner. They are out of broccoli cheddar soup. We place our order for the new chicken sandwich and while we are waiting....the kitchen person is yelling that they are out of the chicken sandwich. $40 and you have to wait....AND you don't get what you ordered. Go to Chick-fil-A if you want a chicken sandwich and at least they have good customer service
I paid for a full size Green Goddess Cobb Salad. What I received was like a half salad, it was missing ingredients, no tomatoes, no pickled onions , the avocado was 1/4 of one if even that. I am very disappointed, hungry and angry. For the price, I should have gotten what I paid for. If they were out of some ingredients, they could have let me know and added more of what they did have or given me my side of fruit for free. It doesn't take much to keep customers happy. I will not be back.
So my wife and I ordered a small Cesar salad, bowl of tomato Basil, the BBQ chicken sandwich, and the wild rice and chicken soup for take out. By the time I arrived, the food was ready and I got our drinks from the dispenser. BTW they have an iced coffee dispenser, it's wonderful. Anyway, the food was delicious, my favorite was the chicken and rice soup. My only complaint is the BBQ chicken sandwich could of had more chicken. All in all, pretty good.
So I stopped by today for lunch with the misses and our little one (7). They were short staffed, as usual, and was quoted it was a 15 min wait for food, ok, not too bad. 30 min later we finally get our food, strike one. Get everything to the table and the misses sandwich has like zero chicken on it (Napa valley chk sandwich), strike 2. But the nail in the coffin was my chk sand (Pick 2), like it wasn’t even half a sandwich, more like a bite of a sandwich and Panera charges $6.59 for a 2 bite sandwich. Nah, I’m good, so needless to say, I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Just like Jimmy John’s, you don’t get what you pay for. The food isn’t that good to be that expensive. Oh well. Lesson learned.
Fresh food relatively fast. Reasonable prices and modest portions. Wifi and a great atmosphere for intimate, business or family meals. Fresh baked breads and pastries put the finishing touch on breakfast, lunch or dinner. Although service may vary from location to location, at this one the staff was very personable.
This cost $18……… that is a pathetically sad ripoff. Just a small bowl of Mac and cheese and a cup of soup for almost $20. What a rip off this company is. I tried to get something besides a sandwich due to them only having 1oz of meat on them constantly, but this is the last time I give Panera another chance to make up for being such skimpers.
This is the 3rd time I’ve waited over 45 min for my food at this location. I understand that weekends get busy but at some point you have to anticipate and adjust for the rush. The manager was also rude to customers asking about their orders after waiting over 40 min
The worker who was cooking the food I believe her name was Autumn was not very nice at all. Older gentleman in front of me asked which food was his and she rudely ignored him, when he asked again she replied with an attitude saying “right there” waiting for my food and she was talking about a customer from earlier today and the issues they had and how that customer was “annoying.” Also was not wearing a mask while every other employee was.
The mobile app didn't send my order through. Zoe behind the counter noticed me waiting and checked in on me. She spent some time trying to find my order and verified I ordered to the right store. She promptly made my food. She kept very level headed towards a customer berating her for something out of her control and even offered to make it right. I also overheard her being very positive and team motivated towards her coworkers behind the counter. Overall she made what could've easily been a bad experience a decent one. Thanks Zoe!
