I like Panera and visit various locations regularly. I maintain an Unlimited Sip Club membership. I was disappointed in the service at this location. Though the clerk at the register was friendly and helpful, she was made to serve far too many people. At one point there were 10-12 people in line and still only ONE register open. In addition, there is no station for self-service on the Unlimited Sip Club membership, so I had to wait a long time in line just to get a (free) cup to get my coffee. I will probably avoid this location in the future for these reasons.

Great selection of menu items. Attentive staff. Quick service. Good reliable place for a tasty meal

I have frequented this Panera location many times over several years. Unfortunately, during the last year the customer service had declined significantly. The last four visits to this location were problematic. For three of the visits, significant items were wrong with our order: wrong sandwiches, soups, or items missing. For the last visit the restaurant was almost empty. After my previous visits I was worried about my orde accuracy so I used the kiosk for the first time. Paid for the food and sat down at the table with my buzzer. After twenty-five minutes we did not have food. I went to the counter and they had no record of the order even though our catd had been charged. Also, the cashier did not believe we had even ordered food. Showed her the charge on our card from credit card app and still she was hesitant to order our food. Had to wait another fifteen minutes for our food. Unfortunately, this Panera is permanently off our list.

dropped in midafternoon for a coffee and a cookie. Coffee was not good, tasted old and burnt ... metalic ... reminiscent of a 1990s Denny's cuppa Jo served after midnight ... like it'd been in that coffee urn since the morning. Cookie was good. the best thing about this panera is the view out the window of Pike's Peak!

So the food we got was good but I did not get the sandwich I ordered. However, a quick call to the store and the manager courteously helped me and made it right. Mistakes happen and I would eat here again. A bit of kindness goes a long way.

The cafe lobby doubles as a homeless shelter. This Panera Bread has a standard good staff and serves standard good food, however be aware that seating inside the lobby is limited because management allows homeless people to live there. Literally from open to close the same homeless people will take up the same booths every day of every week all year long. This cuts back on seating availability for paying customers. Please be aware of this if you plan to dine at this location in the year 2022.

I love their soups and I come here often. It is always clean but they are losing a star due to the amount of soup they put in the bread bowls. They put in like one full scoop and it costs more than a regular bowl... like seriously?!

Seth Henderson deserves a raise ?!! It was slammed when we went on a Sunday. We were waiting for our order and Seth appeared to be managing the staff preparing, also answering costumer questions politely, & kept everything running smoothly even though it was a chaotic zoo. The staff definitely made up for the long wait in this scenario.

I just wanted a loaf of bread ? This is how it was provided. I do enjoy this location, but sometimes we really have to ask ourselves; am I really getting great customer service? Is it difficult to keep the slices of bread.....together?

$5 for this little tiny cup of yogurt. I get inflation and running a business but the cup isn’t even full and I have one strawberry and a couple blueberries. The sticker says that this is 14 grams of protein but this is a quarter of the serving that it should be and is a quarter cup of yogurt AT BEST.
