Out of all the Paneras I have been to across the country this one is unfortunately consistently bad. I try it again from time to time because it Is the closest to my house.Every time I order something is wrong. This past time I spent $37 on 2 meals. My wife steak sandwich has one piece of meat on it. Literally one small slice of meat and it was almost a $13 sandwich. My sandwiches bread was so soft and moist and not in a good way. The turkey was soggy and shredded and the bacon was hard and ice cold. Also ordered 2 bagels for later and they were infant sized and rock hard. I could go on to pick apart each visit and how the food was bad or for the price you got crumbs but I think this is the final time at Panera for me overall.Cost of living and food are rising but your quality doesnt have to go down. If you cant maintain edible food and still find it acceptable to up-charge a sandwich to $13 (when we know your products are frozen to begin with) then maybe you should close some locations and focus on quality. Your food quality does not match your prices and you are no longer edible or worth it.

I've given up on Panera as a result of my experiences with the Southgate location. The food, service, and quality have all diminished. I've stayed away for more than a year before deciding to give the Southgate location one more chance. Today I returned to order a half Napa chicken salad sandwich and a cup of broccoli-cheddar soup. I am not a fan of the lettuce and tomato, and will pull them off the sandwich. What I revealed was half a grape, and a few sparce slivers of chicken. So all that I could taste while eating was dry bread. When just looking at the sandwich, I was basically paying for 2 slices of tomato and a lot of lettuce that I didn't care for. In addition, the soup was tepid; barely room temperature. This experience cost $13.62 after tax. I tipped $3, bringing to total to $16.62 -- for a take out order. I regret giving Panera another chance. I won't be back.

Staff was very helpful. Salad was excellent.I don't go out that much, and even less since COVID, but who knew one would need a code to use the restroom. Evidently other places are doing it, too, I've learned. It wasn't a problem.

Wow, for 11+ for a turkey sandwich you'd think there would be some panache. Looks like it was taken out of the container and rapidly thrown together. Trash on table been there for 20+ minutes. Empty creamer and half and half.

The customer service aspect needs a bit of help. In my email I received, I was told to wait by the Rapid Pick-Up shelf. After being ignored by staff for 10 minutes, I figured I'd hop in line even though it said my order was ready about 20 minutes ago. I told them I had an order and after asking for my name twice it was finally given to me. The food is good, I just wish the employees were more attentive.

I'm walking into the store..a homeless man jumps in front of me swings the door open on me. He walks over to the drink machine and blows his nose all over it, sits in the bathroom for thirty minutes then steals a drink cup and get a free drink. I reported to the manager who said he was afraid to say anything because the man could be armed. He said he called security. He definitely didn't. I called the police and they didn't show up. If you wanna eat around disgusting rude homeless people and deal with management who wont do anything about it. This is the place for you. Horrible

Welp, Haven't Even Left Yet And I'm Coming Up On 20Min+ For 1 Half Portion Ceaser Salad....If Your Only On A 30Min Lunch Don't Come Here Because I Only Had 1 Order Ahead of Me And Yet It Still Takes This Long To Get IMO A Pretty Basic Order. Customer Service Was Great But Damn This Wait Time Is Going To Have Me Late For Work...Hope This Tiny Salad Is At Least Worth It When I Do Eventually Get It.UPDATE!Your 100% better off getting a fresh Express Kit from Safeway and eating that!!!!!

The food was delicious, as always. However, it certainly was not worth the 40-minute wait. I ordered a salad. Once I received my salad, it took another 10 minutes to gather the to go box, plastic ware, butter, and dressing. They had a full staff, but everyone seemed disorganized. It will be a long time before I try them again. I might try another location, though!

Do not go here for lunch on a workday. Waited 40 minutes to get a sandwich to go on a Tuesday. I was able to order as soon as I walked in so there was no possible way of knowing the wait would be that long. Food was great.

Ordered lunch online to go, told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Showed up in the store on time for pickup. Got the message orders were running late 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Waiting a full 40 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready in 10. No apology offered, waited patiently. What really upset me is when someone complained enough, their order was made ahead of others, meaning everyone else had to wait longer. That only teaches people that being loud and complaining gets them what they want. Don't be like that Panera, the customer is not always right. Be better in preparation for your daily lunch rush.
