For some reason, both times I've been here, the service was very slow and the server wasn't very attentive. The food isn't as good as I'd like either. We ordered California rolls and they were soft (not a good soft) and almost too warm to eat. I'd rather take my business to Pei Wei just a few miles away and get fresh, hot and delicious food.

Still a great place to stop by when in Briargate. The food was delicious and our server was helpful and attentive. I got a little concerned when my Japanese Old Fashioned showed up a little watered down for on the ice, but apparently they had a newbie as a bartender and we were pre-warned. The second round was much better. Overall still a solid meal for anyone time.
I love P.F. Chang’s, but will never eat there again. Ordered curbside and got home with our food to see a chewed up piece of gum stuck to our to-go container. So disgusting!!!
Food is always good. Service is great. Brussel Sprouts we’re a little over cooked. The main reason for post is if you don’t have it available don’t put on menu. First two things I ordered waitress said we ran out and we don’t have on our system yet. A little frustrating since we waited an hour to be seated and had already picked out what I was ordering. Had to go back through my phone to find something else to order.
We went to PF Changâs for Fatherâs Day dinner. Overall the whole experience was good. They were very busy so the food took longer than expected but our server gave us the heads up about that beforehand so we appreciated that. The Kung Pao Dragon Roll was my husbandâs favorite. He also had the orange chicken w noodles, I had the crab wontons and dynamite shrimp and my daughter had the combination fried rice. The food was delicious. I did have to flag down another waiter for our waters but it was busy. It would be nice to see a Specials menu in the future.
Went here for the first time since I heard good things about it. We weren’t super impressed with the food but the service was great, prompt and informing. The atmosphere was nice and they had great background music with outdoor seating the best we have seen yet.I took my wife for her birthday dinner and they offered a nice free dessert of tasty chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, which was very nice without the hoopla of a singing staff.We had the salmon and the honey chicken. The salmon was very good but it lacked an abundance of accompaniments, mushrooms and cabbage that would have made it even better. The honey chicken was not good at all. It had a tang to it and it had a vinegar after taste. My wife liked it since she likes vinegar but I did not.The food didn’t meet the expectation that the decor and service represented.Revisit Scale- 5 out of 10
I’m always happy with the service and the food here. Especially like that they are adding options for people with allergies. They are going the extra mile and it is appreciated! We will be back soon for the summer drinks they added!

Very good food and the service was great
We had a delightful family dinner for six and shared three appetizers and 4 entrees. This was plenty for all including three big guys. We always enjoy our PF Chang outings. They never let us down.
