Food wasn't cooked according to order even though they make a big deal about informing the customer about how a steak can be done. They were out of lobster tails but didn't inform us until our order was brought out.Time for them to reinvent themselves and bring back a spirit of caring about the customer experience.

Love this location! The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious and they get us seated quickly. My steak had come out a bit on the rarer side than I had ordered and they immediately fixed it. Highly recommend this Outback!Edit: we came back tonight for dinner and it was fantastic. Even though they were pretty busy, our server Jose was on top of everything. The food came out perfect and he even remembered the little extra things we asked for. Amazing staff & food!
This is the BEST Outback I have ever been to. The staff, specifically Hannah and Tommy at the bar are so friendly and professional. They make a good team! The food was cooked to perfection as well. 10/10
We went in about 930 Saturday 5/21 and was seated but never greeted. We waited a while. On the way out one of the waitresses said oh well he’s got a twenty top. Is there no team work here? Like hey, can you greet my table and get me a drink order while I check on my twenty top? The place was empty pretty much. Not wasting my time there again.
I ordered appetizers from this Outback location via DoorDash and the order arrived as expected. I ordered a Blooming Onion and Aussie Cheese Fries. Both items had the same flavor and freshness as when ordered in the restaurant. I recommend this Outback location.
I have a hard time giving 5 stars to a chain on principle. That said, this was one of the best Outback visits we've had in a while. The stars belong to our server, Hannah. She is truly a SHINING STAR of a server. Attentive, patient with kids, so nice and very helpful. Food is good comfort food, steaks done as asked, no issues. Second time (and second location) that was completely out of Foster's on tap, however. That's unfortunate because a Big Bloke Foster's mug pairs well with dinner. All in all a great visit, thank you.
I can't say enough nice things about Brian, his restaurant, and his staff. We enjoyed our dinner immensely. Brian handled the incident that did happen with the most grace and professionalism, just the way you would be treated by a dear friend.

Hostess was helpful friendly also Ng with our waitress. We were a group of 5 coworkers and she was great with our separate tickets and a couple special requests. Food was great too.
