They couldn't get my sons order right, 3 times so just said never mind burittos are not hard to put together,so they said sorry we will correct the order, they brought him tacos,then bring back the messed up burrito, my husband had the most difficult order and that was good, they didn't put my order for fried avocados till the end. They just couldn't get it right. Most pay better attention to the customer and if you can't remember what was ordered write it down. Please and thank you. We are here to learn from our mistakes. Better job next time.
FABULOUS! Just FABULOUS! The food was delicious! We walked in hungry at lunch and walked out with a box for everyone and probably dinner (we couldn't eat everything). One DosXX fish taco was enough to make my heart melt and stomach gleeful. My husband has one word for this establishment: Delicious. (Yeah, he's so helpful when it comes to reviews.) Our server was absolutely amazing as well. Alicia was an angel and definitely made us want to go back. I didn't get the hostess' name but she was also amazing and even came outside to get us when the table was ready. Taco Tuesday is definitely the time go! 110% recommend!
I really liked our server, but my wife and I are now sick after going there Friday afternoon. I don't think they cleaned our table with bleach cause it was a sticky, but we didn't want to be rude so we just tried to ignore it. Anyway, maybe it was just a rare mistake, it happens, but both of us are pretty much confined to the bathroom since this morning--which sucks.
Complimentary warmed chips and salsa. Salsa was good and slightly spicy with diced sweet onion. Service was friendly and attentive. Birria tacos were alright, not much onion or cilantro and shell was toasted flour tortilla. Dipping sauce was seasoned well and hearty. Beans were good, rice was so-so. Kids chicken tenders were good sized and tasty. Carnitas torta could have had more sauce.
Jackie was our server and she is awesome.Drinks are perfectly made. Food is hot and delicious. We had a Sampler Appetizer and shared Chicken Fajitas. Yum. Tortillas are made fresh in house.Go check them out and ask for Jackie.
Server was good, food not so much. The chips were good, but went down from there. My wife ordered a burrito bowl with no corn or black beans, but it came with both and the server said he couldn't do anything about it because it was made up ahead time. I ordered a chile rellano and a beef chile burrito plate, and the beef burrito tasted like it was made with canned Hormel Chile no beans. Her meal made her sick afterwards, mine just made me say "No mas" to OTB at Southgate.
I used to come here once a week. First they took shredded beef completely off the menu and then I started encountering nothing but mistakes. They got my last order completely wrong and also charged me for a bowl of queso but only gave me a cup. It’s unfortunate because I go here less and less. Up side is I figured out how to make my own shredded beef enchiladas now and they are pretty close.
My wife and I had lunch here today and it was a mixed bag. Chips and salsa were good. My wife got the $8 lunch special with chicken tortilla soup and salad. Salad was great, soup tasted a bit like Campbell's chicken and rice. Just suggesting off. I had the queso steak torta which was very tasty, but the fries it came with were burnt tasting and dead. They apologized and said that was what was sent but they're trying to get their old fries back. I also had an order of avocado fries which were very good. They did comp us for our complaints, and promised to look into it. Staff was great and I understand everyone has problems they're dealing with.
It was clean and nice. I'm thinking our waiter was new because he wasn't very knowledgeable or personable. The food is always good there and that's why we continue to go back. Always a safe bet if you want Mexican food
I come here often with my daughter and we always have good food. Staff are friendly and helpful, the areas I see are clean and it can be very affordable if you get tacos on Tuesday's other lunch/daily specials. Plus the queso club is an insanely good deal.
