We had the NICEST experience here this evening! I hadn’t been to Olive Garden in quite sometime. We returned tonight with out-of-town family, and it was just how we remembered! The soups were all so tasty, the breadsticks were warm and salty, and the salad was crisp. We also got lucky and had a great server, Jane, who foresaw our every need! We never once had to ask for a refill or sat with empty plates… thanks Jane!
No complaints here! Our waiter did an excellent job. Always had our drinks topped off. Menu hasn’t changed much, except their gluten free rotini is much improved now! If you want dessert, this pie was sweet but not over sweet, a good middle ground of a dessert. I’ll definitely be back!
Servers are friendly and treats each table as if it is their only. Meals are fast, quick, and well-fed. Vegetarian options of variety, and kids are happy with selections as well. They didn't have mints our latest time out, the only downfall we saw.
Excellent Immediately we were escorted to our table our waitress Enedina S welcome us with a smile and told us appreciate us coming and asked I'd we wanted any type of drinks. We requested soft drinks and started off with Calamari excellent and ordered main dishes Tour of Italy ?? and Chicken Marsala our waitress brought over quickly again with a great smile. Enedina S very professional and customer friendly.Joseph F.
We stopped by last night around 8:50 and while they were still quite busy, we had excellent food and service. The Italian margarita was yummy-it comes with a shot of amaretto to pour in. We had lasagna fritta and the tour of Italy, and both were delicious.
Came in baked on a gummy at 11am. Even though I was higher than a hippie in a helicopter, they were very friendly. Good food for the price. Should have got it to go in retrospect. Would recommend olive garden. Would not recommend eating 100mg of indica with a low tolerance.
Me and my partner come here often and the staff is always SUPER nice and very hospitable, even when we come an hour before close. The food is always very delicious, and usually even picture perfect!
This review pertains to a curbside order and does not speak to anything regarding dine in. I use the mobile app for ordering which I find very easy to navigate. Upon arrival, I had no problem finding an open curbside space. There are usually several open spaces when I pick up. I have never had a curbside order delivered outside of one to two minutes of my chosen pick-up time and this time was no exception. There could be times where a curbside orders are not always brought out close to the pick-up time, but so far my last 3-4 pick-ups have been quite precise. Packaging always seems to be done with care and my orders have always been accurate. This location is about 20 minutes from my home and the food temperature is still acceptable even with the drive. So far, my expectations of the service and food quality have always been met.
I normally don't add negative reviews, but since this was our anniversary dinner and it didn't go well at all, I thought I'd share.I found a couple pieces of lettuce in our salad that were starting to brown. My lasagna had very crispy sides. While our waitress was friendly, she wasn't very attentive. We had to flag her down to order desserts. Even then, we ended up ordering through the kiosk. My husband was really looking forward to tiramisu. When we finally received it, it was completely frozen solid. We did speak to someone to send it back, but then were told they oversold that item. We did receive an apology and a gift card, but it was disappointing.
Extremely impressed with Togo service. Ordered a gluten sensitive item and a take home item that had gluten in it. They called me before I picked it up and offered to change out the pasta to make it more gluten free. Although more and more restaurants take this seriously now I found this small little gesture extremely impressive and wanted to make sure to give them credit for real customer service!
