Great bagels. Great spreads. Great prices. Excellent customer service.
We’ve been here a couple times before. They have good bagels, but this time we went, we started ordering, and the lady says “hang on, I’m going to write it down.” So she starts writing down our order. 3 sausage egg and cheese on everything bagels, a club with no vegetables on a plain bagel, and then an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I said two times “no vegetables.” We get home, I open my sons bagel up, and all the vegetables are on it. The sprouts were mushed into the Mayo on the bagel so I couldn’t get them all off. She wrote it down. And I reiterated it twice. Ok. A mistake. Then I open my everything bagel with cream cheese, and there’s not even enough to cover or enjoy the bagel whatsoever. I know it’s busy there constantly. But she wrote the stuff down, and I paid for cream cheese to be on my bagel and barely got any. I had to add my own cream cheese at home which isn’t the same.
Not very happy with our visit. We came for a quick lunch while out running errands. The disappointment started when they pretty much were out of all bagels. Every sandwich we wanted didn’t have the bagel that went with the sandwich. Sigh… We finally get our food and both bagels were burnt. We tried to eat it but the burnt taste was overwhelming. We ended up taking the top piece of the bagel off and ate what we could stomach. I also found a hair in the macaroni salad as well. The dining room was disgusting. Crumbs, trash on the floor, dirty table tops. They had plenty of staff so not really sure why the dining room was so gross. Just disappointing all the way around. I definitely will not be back to this establishment.
I can only comment on the breakfast stuff, but it is awesome. The menu sandwiches seem so simple when reading, but the ingredients bring it all home. Both pumpernickel and everything bagels were next level tasty, bacon and eggs were good, and the chipotle cream cheese dropped the mic for the sandwich. Total chance if you hit a line or not, but worth the wait regardless and it moves fast.
Seriously good bagels, just a toasted blueberry bagel was excellent, but the viva la France was also a hit
Not the same since new owners took over, portion sizes are so small. Sandwich had 2 slices of pastrami. That is the second time I ordered that sandwich and both times very little meat. I have noticed the bagels are over proofed a lot more also. I believe they have the same baker still, seems that the new staff is not happy, today I watched what I believe the new owners stocking the soda coolers while the line of customers was almost out the door. Several people left. And when I went to pay the young lady at the register said out loud stupid people, but what do I know I just work here and walked away to the back room. I will continue to visit when I am in town but will stick to bagels with cream cheese.
Amazing hot bagels. I'm not even really a bagel guy but the Reuben and Tasmanian are incredible. The staff has always been very friendly and willing to answer questions/make recommendations. The coffee isnt bad either! Thanks guys!
They make their own fresh bagels. I was staying at the Alta Hotel ... nothing available. This was my next best choice and found a real gem.
Just looking for a quick breakfast and used Trip Advisor to find somewhere close. It was so busy when we arrived but they cleared the line very quickly. Great choice available
As a regular longtime customer, we love the bagels, coffee and the staff. This morning I had the unfortunate experience to be served by a new staff member, long red ponytail, believe her name to be Casey (spelling..) What a bitter and toxic person she is. It is difficult to find staff at the moment but I hope that she will move on quickly, she just leaves a bitter taste in the mouth of the customer. This is in no way a reflection on the store or the product that is being sold. Everybody else is nice and hardworking.
